Plenty of kopitiam, restaurants, and convenient stores within walking distance. Spacious room, with a bathtub. Overall it is good. Value for money.

Didn't know smoking was allowed in the room. It has a strong smell of cigarettes when checking into the room. Limited hotel parking, hard to get parking during peak hours coming back from outside. Can clearly hear vehicle noises in the room.

The hotel facilities and hygiene are all good, the bathroom is also very clean, the mattress is comfortable, and you can watch Youtube or Netflix TV programs... unlike other cheap hotels where you can only watch TV1... Overall it is worth it

The only drawback is that because the window seat happens to be opposite the 24-hour KK mart convenience store, you can hear the sound of motorcycles at night or even in the middle of the night, which affects your sleep...

It was really worth it. Cheap price to stay in the heart of KL city. 2nd time staying here in this year. 1) Limited hotel parking spots but since its near shop lots, parking is not an issue. 2):Have many restaurants nearby varying from chinese, indian and malay food. 3) There is a 24 hour convenient shop right across the street 4) 24 hour self paid laundry facilities also available on the next shop rows. 5) Free hotel wifi is exceptionally good 6) netflix and youtube available at room Overall great stay.

The room service is only available upon request and it takes long and limited time to clean the room. That was the only downside i would say.

Location at the center of the area with sizable option for foods, convenience store and banks. The room is clean with Netflix and decent size of TV. Mini bar is provided. Staff is friendly and goes extra mile for their customer. I forgotten to collect my deposit (pay in cash) as was rushing out during check out. They subsequently bank in my security deposit to my bank account.

The sound proof. Can hear noises from other rooms.

This is the third time staying here. Very affordable price and ample of spots for parking at public parking. Nearby variety of restaurants, laundry, convenient store. Easily accessible by car. Good strong wifi and netflix provided for free.

The room service to make up room was only available if requested in advance. That would be the only downside. Other than that nothing else.

Room is really clean, thought it's narrow and small since I choose the corner room with triangle shape, yet it's still come with all facilities you need (coffee table with 2 chairs, make up area with mirror, big TV with Netflix and this is the best!!) Surrounded by many restaurants and have 2 vegetarian in walking distance. Super convenient for breakfast👍 Have a 24hrs KK also.

Some lights are spoilt so the room and toilet seems a bit dark. It'd be perfect if it's bright enough.

Overall is excellent. Spacious room, clean & tidy. Loved the interior design. The room's walls were fully tiled which make difference experiences for me & my family.

Except for the midnight incident (neighboring room - quarrel scene) which was quite disturbing & should be attended to by hotel staff. The incident also creates an unsafe environment at night.

The Netflix was superb. Super comfy bed with clean and spacious room. Staff quite friendly but on my 2nd day couldn't access room after getting back from lunch. The access card was expired and need to go to the front counter again for the staff to renew it. Sadly no apology was given by the front counter staff.

Hard to find halal restaurant nearby. Need to drive, the area quite busy and parking space also limited.

The Front Desk Staff is one of the best Staff i have seen in the most of the hotels i went too.. He is very polite.. helpful & professional.. Housekeeping Staffs are very good in cleaning the room and replacing towels.. toothbrush .. Wifi is strong.. Room is big.. The bed & pillows were comfortable... Definitely worth the money..

TV Channels were only limited to 1 channel and it was in black & white.. During Check in i was offered a different room with Smart TV but the rate was above my budget so i declined the offer.. Honestly the hotel could provide at least 2 TV Channels for the rooms without the Smart TV rooms as most hotels provides..
