location of the property was good close to imago. Cafe 17 had excellent coffee. Room is always clean by friendly staff.

Apart from renovation in the morning during our stay. At night time expect the sound of night club from across the highway sutera avenue. if on low floors.

The hotel feels very cozy. Nice branding and hotel theme as well. Plenty of parking spots available if you are coming here by car. Some rooms will have a view of your parked car, so that's a bonus point if you want to keep an eye of your car. Imago Mall is just next building. Lots of dining and shopping options are in Imago. It's good.

Just a minor thing to point out, access to hotel room is not through the lobby, but through a 'side' entrance. While it does have elevators to bring you up to the rooms, keep in mind that you have to climb up few steps of stairs before you can reach to the elevator. So if you have heavy luggages, good luck.

Wifi was so good, TV-netflix good enough.I enjoyed watching K-Drama d The room with King bed size was so big enough for us😊 The parking payment machine,was very convenient and accepting notes of RM1/RM5 and RM10 only.

I cant hear people at down cafe chit chat at middle of night.But anyway,the night was OK.

The staff was quick to switch my room as the one originally assigned to me has a really strong medicated oil, even though I was told that they were fully booked that day.

The room that has a really strong medicated oil could have been cleaned or aired out properly prior to the arrival of next guest. Also, the airplane noise during sleeping hours was unpleasant.

The room is quite big and facilities are quite new. The most important part for us is that it's clean and tidy. Location is good as it's close to Imago and there are a few new and nice restaurants around.

Unable to find the location in Grab map. Had to rely on nearby registered businesses' locations. But not a big deal. The first floor is a bit noisy until late night. The TV channels are a bit limited.

Mainly chosen this place for its location, facility wise the rooms are very clean and bathroom ameneties works as well as it should. Not the first time staying here and it won't be the last time either. Although room occupation were full, I found it very peaceful and quite staying at this property.

Very close and walking distance to Imago Shopping Mall. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was excellent! Very clean, modern and beautifully furnished.

The water heater wasn't working during our first night of stay but they fixed it the next day. Also wall wasn't soundproofed enough that we could hear airplane taking off most of the time.

Coffee shop could open earlier like 7am so we can get out coffee fix. Extra key is better 1 for the room and 1 to bring out cause the room can get warm if it is not turned on.

Location was less than 3mins walking distance to Imago. Very near.

There was no free parking unlike other hotels within the area which had free parking pass and reserved parking. The water heater was not consistent. Hot water works every few mins and then a few seconds of cold water.

The room is very comfortable and clean. Smartly utilise every space in the room, its a small room but have everything I need for a short stay. The Smart TV is really great. The free Tenom coffee is also great.

The hi-tea coupon is only applicable within the cafe operation time. I wasn't able to claim all the great coffee due to work.
