Just opposite suria sabah mall. I booked for sea view room, so they got me a sea view room. Room size just nice, a little space for solat.
A bit hussle for car parking, their basement parking very limited, if they hv a slot then u can park there, if no then you've to park at public parking which will cost you (weekdays parking).

The bathroom was out of my expectation. its big & the water pressure was strong even its Level 9. The only things is the shower head is S size, maybe can change to M or L? lol
The light in the room was too dim, maybe can be more brighter? Can add a table lamp, bedside lamp maybe will be better. And the lounge at lobby why not open daily for your room guest? and the happy hour can it extend till 11pm or 12am? tq

Varieties. The chef and kitchen staff always make sure the food is refilled. The waiter/waitress helpful. The concierge/bell boy very helpful and courteous.Housekeeping staff keeps our room clean n tidy, always fresh towels, bottled drinking water. Location good. Everything was within walking distance ie Pasar Filipin Todak Seafood

The breakfast was great. There’s variety type of breakfast. I love it. The service managment was also excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel did not have many parking so it is hard for me and family to park our car. The toilet for the family room that i stayed was quite smelly and not clean. But the standard room’s toilet is clean.

Location - centre of the town , easy to go for shopping and look for food. Car park available & got lift direct to room floor. Room - facilities good and room very clean and neat. I will stay if I visit Kota Kinabalu and comment to friends & relatives. Breakfast - no comment cos I left early morning and breakfast no ready yet. My expectation is good also.

Location was perfect. Room as well. BF would like to try out. Was my fault not getting up early enough. Hopefully I could try out this coming week.
A few intensive cleaning in the Washroom wall would be a perfect touch. The toilet cover is replaced with a new one right away. It's a good job.

The Location is perfect, it is next the SURIA shopping Centre with Restaurants etc. My room was facing the sea and Suria Shopping Centre. Breakfast in the Hotel is excellent! I also like going out and enjoy my food with relatives, friends and classmates.

Helpful personnel, this was priceless during the stay. Location of the hotel is also amazing, super good. And yes, the hotel is a bit dated, but for the prices they have - no one should complain, its value is great!
