Holiday Villa Hotel & Suites Kota Bharu

The staff was very kind able to keep our luggage as we arrived early on that day. The price of the room is reasonable to what we paid. Extra bed only RM50 per night.

There are some mold in the toilet. I think they can improve in term of the cleanliness of toilet. Parking was at open space are very limited but we are lucky always have a lot on our staycation. If you come during year end dont forget to bring umbrella cause almost all the days are raining. The lighting at the swimming pool are dark, Im not sure if they trying to cut cost.

1. Location - Opposite the Wakaf Che Yeh. Quite happening during the night. Couples of pharmacies nearby, coffee shop (Kopi Mesin), laundry shop, McD, and lots of eateries nearby. You will never get hungry here. 2. Room - Up to date TV set. Can watch Netflix and YouTube. Sufficient amenities provided. Love the big cup they put here instead of small cup (I hate those). The bed was super comfy and we slept through it.

1. Parking - Not enough hotel parking during peak season. A bit hard to find others as it will be always preoccupied since it is a public parking space nearby the hotel

Location is strategic, really near to Wakaf Che Yeh shopping area, McD, and can easily grab all i need at WATSON and 7E next to this building..

Water flow quite slow, but it is as expected due to water problem recently. Maybe need to focus more on cleanliness as no dustbin place in the toilet and toilet bowl is quite dirty upon arriving

The staffs are really responsible and friendly. I forgot my original super fast charging samsung phone adapter whereas I already checked out and reached Perak. I told to the receptionists and they successfully recovered the adapter then they passed to my relative to hand to me. Thank you for your hospitality and responsibility 🙏 ❤️, really appreciate it

Main road was cramped with vehicle due to alot of traffic at night. Because Right in front of the hotel is the Wakaf Che Yeh night market .

location, Please sweep or vacuum the room should it was not in used for quite sometimes since I sneeze the minute I enter the room. Next day ,I had running nose n continue sneezing. Supside after consume medication. Alhamdulillah. TQ

Near wakaf Che Yeh

1. wifi coverage excellent 2. so close to shopping centre..wakaf che yeh 3. very wise when hotel put sofa bed for my 3 kids in executive family suite room👍👍👍 4. easy access around the hotel such as bank, food delivery etc

1. no mineral water.. 2. no breakfast but it,s not a problem 3. lack of parking lot..afraid their customer could get summons from MPKB 4. something broken of water tap for shower in bathroom..

Beds comfortable and room service meal is tasty

1.) For Room Service Chichen Chop should have a choice of another sauce Mushroom Sauce, some may not like spicy Pepper Sauce. 2.) Bathroom in Twin Bedroom is too slippery and half the toilet gets wet after a bath. 3.) Please provide Soap and tooth brush/toothpaste.

Clean, staffs very friendly and helpful. Located in town area just walking distance to nearby pasar malam. Parking is ok but preferrably car pool

No complaint except for slow running water

Nice view to the town. Laundry facility, convenience store and dining/food/restaurant is nearby. Buffet breakfast is reasonable for walk in customer.

Room is nice , but the faucet and fittings could be improved. Parking is limited and cramp. Entrance direction could be improved for traveler by car.

Centre place to stay for those who loves shopping at Wakaf Che Yeh, KB ( Pasar Siti Khatijah) & Pengkalan Kubor too. Breakfast - good.
