The old man at the reception counter was terribly rude. Not didn't he greet us when we approached to the counter, as I started asking him if there were rooms available, he came out with the answer"check-in time 2pm"unwillingly. Then looked away. I'm a frequent traveller & I have never been treated like that by anyone at a hotel reception counter (which usually leave a first impressions to guests) before this.

(1 uncle and 1 male staff) this 2 shouldn't be working as receptionist or call operator) wifi not working on 2nd floor.. how about resetting it whenever the guest complain.. just push the on/off button. its in the middle of the town but maxis 4G network seem not working very well.

Hotel didnt sell parking coupon. We reach there at midnight. Had to go out early morning just to find parking coupon to avoid penalti by Majlis Perbandaran Kluang.

Very near to the well known Kluang station cafe, original and new. Surrounded by cafe, speedmart and grocery shops are nearby. The room is nice and comfortable. Facilities are sufficient. We enjoy the stay.
No elevator. We don't mind it as we travel light. Not suitable for elderly or person with disability. Parking would be a little bit of challenge especially at night but if you don't mind walking a little bit, it is not a hassle at all.
