Room was very comfortable. Staff was helpful and wonderful. The hotel is walking distance to many places. This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel. I would highly recomend it to others. I did not take breakfast because I went out to eat.
I just feel an electric kettle would be could for the room because each time you want water you have to go out of the room to get it as they have a water dispenser.

Location is perfect, just in the middle of old Georgetown. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room I got smelled very bad (smoking) but they quickly changed the room for me. Bed is comfy and it was quiet (I stayed at 2nd floor) Try breakfast at rainforest, just 2 minutes walk and their bagels and coffee are amazing!

The room - spacious deluxe room, the cleanliness of overall room and hotel. Clean and soft towel provided. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The room key didnt work to open the door upon arrival, despite, taken twice to reception for resetting. The 4th floor aircond wasn't ON upon arrival hence while waiting for resetting key, made it so uncomfortably hot.

The location was strategic for the people who want to go to the most famous places at the georgetown. The price was affordable and they also provide private parking for the guests. It was convenient for us as we no need to search parking at the busy street especially on weekend.

We were bumped up from Superior to Deluxe room which was a nice surprise! Hotel comes with a private parking which is super convenient. Room and bathroom was spacious and clean. They have a water filter in the corridor. Receptionist was very friendly.
