The Inn

1. Love the location. Easy access to a lot of places. 2. Quiet and relaxing room. Something I look for when staying anywhere. 3. I was craving for pizza around 11 pm and went down to the Inn restaurant for quick bite. In my pajamas. And no one was judging me.

Some of the facilities are broken. They need to repair or replace them. Especially in the bathroom. I don't have anywhere to hang my clothes as the clothes hooks were taken off from the wall.

Front office staff named lala.. thank you for help. U guys should give her a raise.!! I mean it. Very informative n a good staff! Housekeeping team are nice too n helpfull. Thank you.

1. Dirty couch in the room 2. Tv selection boring.. no movie channels. Nobody want to watch “goshop”all day.. 3. Wifi sucks!

Friendly, helpful, functional and responsible staff. 1st c/in, smoking smell inside the room already there. Try to ignore it, coz it will be gone later on. Since the smoking smell still there and even worst, I call reception, to bring the air freshener for me, to vanish the smoking smell. (Im too lazy to change the room actually). Receptionist and maid is really friendly and helpful. Then, I spray, the smell gone. After the fragrance gone, the smoking smell comes again. And there’s a time the smoking smell indeed strong and fresh (seems like someone has smoking in their room). So what I do is, I spray again and again, and u know what? I spray till the air freshener almost finish (sorry about that). On midnight, I try to get some sleep but I can’t, coz I can’t breath properly since I got asthma history. I try to make coffee, so that the coffee smell can vanish the smoking smell in that room. However, it wont working that much, and I gave up, I call to reception around 2am, asking if there is available room for me to change, and he said that the room category that I booked is full. Then I req to have room change on the next day. Req granted, the morning receptionist manage to get my room ready and call me around 8.30am, and I did change my room. Love my new room, since there is smoking free smell, fresh, clean and comfy. And not to forget, the kakak maid that help me to open the door of my new room, and can see that she is working hard to ensure the room is clean and smoke free smell. Terbaik lah kakak. And sorry for the troublesome. Thank you for delivery the great service to ur guest, thank you to all the receptionist working on that time, morning, evening and midnight shift, not to forget, the maid as well. Thank you and u guys are really helpful and reliable. I was a hotelier and I am salute ur great service even tho u just in Inn category. Keep up and maintain the excellent service, and people always fall with that warm service given. Gambate!!

Smoking smell inside the room.

The Kettle was not clean from the last occupant - moldy left over black tea, and lizard in the room window seal and above the kettle table. all else was fantastic.

Late check out is the best. Its ok to add on extra cash for it. Love the extra pillow
