There was a bad odour coming from the bathroom that did not have to do with how clean it was. The bathroom was super clean, however a bad odour was coming from the pipes

Clean and comfortable, in esch centre. Note parking is in the commercial / cinema area and is not adjacent to the hotel so a small walk is to be foreseen. Parking can be expensive , so reductions if you stay in hotel. Note that if you leave early in the morning you have NO access to the parking, you need to find a car entrance somewhere - or the one you used going in - and then finding the way to your car. Took me a while to do since the parking is big and quite confusing if you enter from the wrong side…not so great at 5 in the morning.

Parking possibilities are not great. Stay away from heavy baggage since you need to carry it quite far.

+ Friendly and helpful staff. + Provide free luggage storage facility. Helpful if you arrive in the town much earlier than check-in time (or leave hours later after your check-out) and wish to explore the town without dragging your bags around. + Great location. Next to the town's landmarks, university, eateries, shopping complex and train station. + Clean.

The following isn't a hotel specific problem: While West Belval has been revamped, redesigned and repurposed by the government, East Belval still contains some industries. Some of them emit quite a lot of dust and other fine particles. This can be if you climb up the closed down Blast furnace (tourist landmark) in West Belval and look towards the East. The dust/sand/whatever may cause irritation to some people. We noticed that our eyes were red during the night.

very clean and the location is just perfect concerning infrastructure and access to public transportation

there were 2 fire alarms within 2 hours (11.12.22), the receptionist was not really empathetic with the guests. she just meant that it was a false alarm because of works in the building next to it. the majority of the guests were a bit irritated of her very distant and cold reaction. she could not understand why people were hesitant to return to the rooms when it happened already twice. you could see that she was not trained for a situation like this and it definitely made us sleep with one eye open for our last night as we didn’t trust the alarms and the staff anymore. other than that, the staff was fine! only facility minus was, that the shower was pretty slippery which should be looked after!

Very friendly staff, perfect for concerts at the Rockhal venue (2 minutes walk away) and convenient for the station that gets you to and from Luxembourg Central Station in 30 minutes. A basic, but clean, friendly and convenient hotel.

Nothing particularly to dislike. If you are looking for a hotel with lots of facilities, then this isn't for you, but for convenience, good value for money and somewhere to lay your head, then this is perfect.

The location is next to Rockhal and its perfect when you attend a show there. As I suffer from a dust mite allergy I was very happy that the room was very clean, without carpet and the window could be opened. But the best was Guillaune from the reception stuff. I had lost my mobile on the train and on my arrival he eased so much the difficult situation that I suddenly was in. He was so very thought- and helpful, that inspite of all the mess, I could enjoy the concert and my stay. Guillaune, I cannot thank you enough for your care and great support!

Room well organized with just the equipment needed: no more, no less. Varied breakfast buffet. Good selection of beers at the bar. Hotel located just next to the Rockhal, and a series of museums and in a shopping area with bars and restaurants. It is a few kilometers from the old city but one can get there easily by train (one stop) or by bus (15 minutes). Public transportation is free in Luxembourg and busses ride frequently (except on Sundays where one will have to pay more attention to the schedules).

Location is perfect for those who want to go for concerts like me <3 Will definitely come back

Probably a central a/c for the whole hotel so it was only set for heating. Wanted to get my room fresher so had to open the window but in the morning there was just too much noise from the street. Next time will ask for a room on the other side. Breakfast could have more fruit more pastries and sliced cheese

Amazing location for Rockhal Concert hall/venue. Stone throw away so made the end of the night a dream. Clean & comfortable room & bathroom. Everything we needed for our stay.

The view from our room wasn't great, but this is my only dislike as I love a view/having the curtains open but the opposite building would clearly see in/we could see them.

Superb! Staff, room, facilities all wonderful! Breakfast was exceptional! Location was excellent, 2 minute walk to the Rockhal and opposite a shopping mall with excellent catering facilities. Loved the hotel so much we have booked the same chain for an upcoming Paris trip. :)
