Ibis Kaunas Centre

Location, breakfast and room all excellent. The Kaunas Mosque is just a 5 minute walk and the museum devoted to the life of Japanese diplomat Sugihara is just above that. In addition, the bus stop for the Ninth Fort is very close, also worth a visit for WW2 buffs. The hotel itself is a 5 minute walk from the train station and pretty much next to the bus station.

Nothing at all, apart from the weather, but that of course, is out of your hands! The bar however wasn't open at night and as the old town is a 25 minute walk away, there are a lack of cafes in the immediate vicinity.

Two pieces of furniture were a little damaged (Really not a big deal) No fridge, had to cool my beer down in the bathroom sink, like a proper alcoholic Their own parking is a little distant from the location, so we opted out for the paid parking right next to the hotel, which was pretty cheap (0.5€ per hour)

the staff were amazing!!! I stayed here for 5 nights after having surgery and they helped with everything I needed!!! I asked for tea making facilities in my room and they were happy to organise this I needed extra pillows for comfort they brought me 10! they helped with taxis etc we’re all happy to help with whatever I needed so a big thank you to the staff for making my stay easier

the kitchen was closed other than breakfast which was a little inconvenient but there is a service that delivers food called bolt the plug sockets were so far away from the bed which was irritating as I was bed bound and watched everything on my phone as unfortunately they didn’t have Netflix but I just slept when my phone needed charging

Hotel is nice and pretty clean, it’s located in great location.

Breakfast buffet - that was a tragedy. (Obviously we were staying on a very busy weekend) Only to get some coffee it took more than 15min. I would suggest that they should consider some sort of coordination like before checking in you should choose a specific time for your breakfast. In that way it wouldn’t be so crowded.

Nice breakfast - had all one could wish from, from variations of eggs/bread/meats to yoghurt or pancakes. The room was clean, and the hotel had many guests, but it was really quiet. No noise from outside either.

Nobody came to tidy up the room - not sure what happened, but we stayed two nights and didn’t get fresh towels. Was a bit inconvenient since we came back to the room very late and just had no strength to go back to the reception to ask for it anymore, so ended up just using wet-ish towels. Also considering the facilities the price was a little high I think, but it is of course subjective.

I liked close proximity to Bus and Train Station; also Airport connection outside the door! Very kind and helpful Reception (thank you Eimante and colleague (sorry, I didn't get your name). The room was comfortable and breakfast was also very good with excellent coffee! I enjoyed my stay very much and I would highly recommend.

I decided to take dinner in hotel restaurant and came around 8:20. I saw that lot of clients whose came after me ordered some food and get ot, but I just wait for waitress more then 40 minutes, till she came to me. Asked for food but she told me that is too late for order food, because kitchen close at 9 pm. This service was really sad.

Room was very clean and quiet, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and included various options. Late check-in was also a bonus. Worth every penny!

It was a bit uncomfortable, that we had to find a parking spot for our car on the street near the hotel, but we did, so no big deal, and we were leaving anyway for that time in the morning, when we should have paid for the parking.

I preciate very much for your service for It was excellent! The breakfast offers from 6:30am to 11am, which was giving guests to have more flexibility time to enjoy it and also the food were so delicious and plentiful.

Location is near the bus station. Comfortable for transit travelers. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was disappointing. Although there was nice selection of pastries, food choices were poor, and everything (including scrambled eggs and porridge) was cold. The hotel should definitely do better.
