the staff were excellent lovely place especially I was welcomed and checked in and checked out perfectly by a girl called anlidia as well as the spa there was a Turkish guy who promoted the spa beautifully and the girl who gave me the spa therapy was amazing aNaida I feel I have spelled her name wrong but she was excellent

Everything was perfect. I felt like at home. And the biggest plus of this hotel is the staff. Everybody was always smiling and willing to help, the atmosphere was incredible. I loved so much my stay here, and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you for everything!!

Everything was absolutely amazing.

Great breakfast... Huge rooms.. Everything was clean and shining. Personal very responsive and friendly. Free transfer from/to airport. Launch boxes for early birds. Good health center - sauna, massages (paid). Not so close to center, but it is less of automobile exhaust an more clean air. Taxi is cheap. I recommended this hotel.

If you want to get everything in one place so you definitely should stay at Golden Dragon. Here you may try Korean, local European Cousine, after hard working day you may relax at spa area where unbelievable Turkish manager Reza can plan some relaxation procedures after it you may get „Nirvana“, the staff of the hotel is just great, kind, friendly and no any words to describe how are the excellent, the owner of the hotel very pleasant person I was really surprised when at the late evening he gift for everyone who was at outside area of hotel watermelon and melon it was just kind. So it’s the place that you should BE!!!

Good standard at a good price, excellent staff and very nice sauna facilities!

The only thing that I would want to improve is to offer real coffee at breakfast, rather than the instant version, then it would be a clear five stars for the breakfast as well!

Excellent Staff, very friendly all spoke good English, Pool was great (Wee bit Cauld lol)

Could do with a better, more varied Menu

Buffet Breakfast and Dinner were included in the price as well as the airport shuttle. The staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful, and spoke good English. They made several taxi arrangements, and helped to print out some documents needed for return flights. My room was huge, and was kept clean. Towels were replaced if placed on the floor, and this functioned well. Overall, a place I would definitely book again, if I were to travel to Bishkek again.

Due to Covid, wine was only available by bottle..... which was a little too much to drink...

Nice suite room. Good value for money.

There was an attached night club. We realised it after reaching there. So it is not a good place for families No hand pipe in some wash rooms.

it’s a bit off from the downtown area and not too many economical eating places around. Else it was a lovely property.

The overall experience was pretty good. Special thanks to staff, they are amazing. Especially Suylana, who helped me a lot.
