Four Points by Sheraton Nagoya, Chubu International Airport

I booked a Junior Suite and I have to say the room was perfect. The room was big, bed and pillows were fluffy and comfortable and the toilet and bathtub is fantastic. The view is of course outstanding and you get a perfect view of the sea line. The reception staff was extremely friendly and speaks good English. They also offer a shuttle bus from the hotel and the bus driver is very friendly and welcoming. Overall, very glad that I've chose this hotel.

While I did not deduct the review score for these, it might be important for other fellow travelers. Breakfast - There's a really good spread of food from Western to Japanese but would have loved some made-to-order items such as eggs that is served in other Marriot hotels in Japan. Location - It's relatively far from the departure terminal where the shops and food locations are, roughly 1km according to my watch. While there is a shuttle bus, it doesn't operate during the afternoon periods till 4pm.

The room was bigger than expected, and the staff were very friendly. They went extra miles to explain directions when I asked them. They also offered a bus to the airport, and the driver was very sweet.

I didn’t catch the last bus when I checked in, so I had to walk from the airport to the hotel, and the walking path was not very convenient, especially when I had large luggages.

Property is very well maintained, this is my second stay here and everything is still as good as new. I would select the deluxe room for more space. Being an airport hotel it's mainly used for an early flight the next morning and a shuttle bus is provided. Nice sea view when you wake up in the morning.

the staff were very nice and could speak English so that was a big bonus. The room was nice and clean which I expected anyways. The breakfast was perfect with omelettes made to order and a big selection of fruits and cereals as well as hot foods and juices. They provide umbrellas if needed and the location to the airport is very convenient.

Room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and sea view. Only a 10 minutes walk to the airport. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service (every 15 minutes in the morning), sending you from the airport to the departure terminal. The staffs here are very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel with exceptional interior, and friendly staff.

The location is quite far from the airport. I didn't find the shuttle bus stop, so I took a walk, which took about 10 mins. It is better to give a map to indicate the bus stop location.

Close to the airport and the sea. The hotel was simple yet elegant, and the design rustic and warm. The rooms ample in size and supplies and, surprisingly, there was a gym.

Resto and bar was open limited time in the a.m. and p.m.

Nice spacious room, very comfortable bed. Nice location close to the airport. Love restaurant has happy hours , we can enjoy 50% off drinking between 5pm and 7pm.

View from the room was excellent. Amenities and room interior are also very Marriott standard. It’s a great place to spend time while waiting for departure as well as waiting family and friends so we can spend one or two nights there before heading to the city or explore another part of Japan. Definitely will come again next time and will book directly from Marriott website!

There’s no ice machine provided at each floor so we have to ask the restaurant to bring us ice.
