Great location (near monorail and with a lot of bus lines running past the hotel). Great use of space for the apartment. Room had a washing machine, and the batch/shower room has the function of a big dryer room (heated fan), which is great, given the humidity. Would go there again any time.
It seems impossible to order a taxi by staff, but that seems to be a Naha problem. Getting a taxi before 6am is a challenge.

This location was close to Tsubogawa Station and was a quick walk everywhere else. This location also had Hot water!!
The cleanliness of the unit bath it kinda had a smell to it. It wasn’t unbearable but that’s it.

What I liked best was the location
People in the reception did not speak Japanese well and had hard time communicating. What I also did not like was that the room was dirty. There was lots of dust underneath my bed. Plus their slippers were dirty and the cups were not clean. There was hair in the cup and in the washing machine. Also the slippers looked like they were used.

Location is great. Very close to monorail station. Easy walk to bus terminal.
The manager revealed a ¥1000/day charge to rent kitchenware for the duration of our 10 day stay. This was not advised in listing or in confirmation emails. Manager was very stubborn and eventually offered us deal of ¥1000 for duration of our stay after I escalated this to booking dot com. There are no staff on site for most of day. Unwilling and unable to leave bags after check out.
