We had nice rooms with a good view. While in the area of the hotel there is not a lot to do, the hotel is right in the middle of the major sights that Nagasaki has to offer, which are easily accessible either by foot or, in both directions, by tram, which stops right in front of the hotel. Also the hotel is close to the trainstation which offers some good restaurant options as well. Airconditioning seemed old and did not provide a lot of control but proved to work perfectly fine. The breakfast at the top floor is the best we experienced in Japan. .

Rooms were slightly outdated, with one of them, while advertised as non-smoking, did have a noticeable smell.

For a Japanese hotel this has vast rooms, which are well appointed (although a little old fashioned). The bed was exceptionally comfortable and had a double sided pillow with a firmer Japanese style side and a soft we western style side so I slept very well. They views from the breakfast room on the top floor are stunning and give a good view of Nagasaki. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the lobby has very comfortable seating and some wonderful art works.

The development of the new Nagasaki Station with its Shinkansen lines has left this hotel a little cut off. It is difficult to walk frisk the hotel to the station as you are on the side of a very busy road and have to navigate construction around a car park. The hotel used to be much more convenient to reach. The sockets in the room could be updated to provide USB charging points.

Very comfortable stay in a very beautiful hotel with a - particularly for Japanese standards - very spatious room. It was one of the few stays in Japan where the bed was not pushed towards the wall on one side, making the nights very comfortable for once. The lobby looks very luxurious and is, through a door, connected to a convenience store. The hotel is perfectly located: Close to the main station, and right to the tramway between the peace park / atomic bomb museum and the city center, chinatown, etc.

Very comfortable stay. The room was so big with a small sitting area, it was like staying in a five-star hotel. All amenities provided, including yukata/pajamas. Great spacious lobby, as well, with a connected Family Mart up front. Within short walking distance to Nagasaki Station, and bus stop to the tourist sites is just in front of the hotel.

Nothing bad in particular about the hotel. It's just that we requested for late check out, even for just an hour, because we booked the room and arrived so late already at 2am, but we were told there would be a fee of 2,000Y per hour. We were kinda hoping extension would be free, or at least we were given a discount because we only had 9 hours to stay.

The hotel is a little walk away from the hustle and bustle of the train station but is easily accessible by tram or bus - it stops right in front of the hotel. It was very convenient to have the 24 hour Famima just at the entrance. Perfect for when you need an extra snack. The breakfast was lovely and sumptuous! The breakfast view was also a treat as you savoured the selection of food. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. I was able to book a night tour bus to catch the views easily too with pick-up and drop-off at the hotel.

The breakfast is world class. It’s one of the best we’ve ever had. The choice, quality and presentation were simply excellent. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms good. Nagasaki has loads to do and is a very attractive city so our three-day stay was one of our highlights in Japan. The hotel has very good transport links too.

The hotel advertised two upstairs restaurants - but they weren’t open. There is a Japanese restaurant downstairs - and when it was open it was terrific.

The hotel is impressively large, very American style. I personally do not like this type of hotel, but our stay was very pleasant. There we met the only receptionist who spoke perfect English of our whole trip. The room was very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a very hot day. The bathroom was very large with a bathtub overlooking the city, very nice. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the station. It has a shuttle service. Perfect for people who need a lot of space.

I did not like the light and the curtains could not be moved.

We chose this hotel because it was a good price and had parking. The view was amazing and it was so great to look over the city, especially at night. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly. What more could I want? Location-wise, it was perfect. Pretty much in the centre of everything and we could walk to all the attractions that we wanted to see.

This was one of the more "dated" hotels that we stayed in, it certainly didn't come across as modern. But that didn't impact our enjoyment

The hotel was recently rennovated and it was quite comfortable, though it can be seen the building is not very new. The room was quite spacious and clean, and the staffs were very helpful. The breakfast baffet had a good variety of food, and the hotel is very conveniently located right in front of the airpot limousine bus stop and near the tram stop.

Thought some of the food for breakfast could be warmed up/kept warmed. Also, it would be better if the room has USB charging port for mobile devices.

The hotel is located behind the tram station (which is only 2 stops down from Nagasaki JR station). There is also a bus stop right at the door of the hotel. I like how there is a nice cafe at the 1st floor of the hotel, together with a 24h family mart. I also liked how the TV in the room had a YouTube option (for free!). The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable as well! From our window on level 11, we could see a good night view of our surroundings.
