Centurion Hotel Villa Suite Fukui Station

It was my first time staying here. I would definitely stay again! It's a very short walk from the station. The room was HUGE!! We had 2 giant beds for just me and my husband. I liked that there was room to spread out especially with larger luggage. The shower had nice shampoo and body wash as well as skin care. There was a nice mini fridge we used for snacks and drinks. Finally, the air conditioner/heater was really effective and easy to use.

I'm not sure if the front desk speaks English. So, if you don't speak Japanese that could be challenging.

Big nice room. Quite. Good location. Staffs was polite.

Don’t you think bath tub to small for that big size of room?? Lots of speckled on carpet and made carpet look dirty.

It was as big and spacious as it said it was. Easy to check in. Felt the high life without an enormous spending.

There mostly minor things. The curtains had burn mark and one of the couches had a hole in it

Friendly staff, the room is big, the beds are comfortable and they provide all the amenities we need. Great location, just a few minutes walk from the train station.

The toilet fan was broken and made a very loud noise. There is a big plant by the door with spiky leaves at about eye level, a potential health hazard. I hope the staff moved it somewhere else.

The location is close to the station, the room is very large and comfortable. The service of the receptionist at the counter is very good.

The equipment is old but cleanliness is good

Starting with the fact that I was paying double from 2 other family guests I met that had the same size room as I did. Price was absurd. There was also no easy access to hot water, an extreme issue with cockroaches, and also the hotel has no food at all ! How can a hotel that charges 250 $ a night not have food. Not even breakfast

The room is huge!! It was very clean, comfortable and beautiful. I liked it to the point it made me feel like living there!! The decoration was spot on: the colors, furniture and everything else was wonderfully chosen and arranged. Though the area doesn't offer much to do, the hotel has its own entertainment area which includes a billiard table and some game center machines. It's small but convenient for those coming with kids or friends to hang out.

The front desk attendant was polite but didn't deliver the kind of service I'm used to getting from Japanese service providers, especially in hotels. Different from what is informed at booking.com, he didn't speak English and made absolutely no effort to communicate with me in the language or even trying to reformulate or change words in Japanese so I could clearly understand him. When I got there, I wanted to know where the closest parking spots were (as it was stated here that they didn't have a parking lot), and the receptionist gave me this weird looking map with lots of confusing arrows and directions and just told me to park on Spot #2. It took me more than half an hour to understand the map and find the parking lot and #2 spot. It was all very messy and not easy to find just looking at the map. If he had tried to explain it to me, it would probably take me less than 5min to get there and get back to the hotel, especially because I was actually looking for a paid parking lot, and in the end it was not (I mean, I paid for parking at the hotel check in).
