I loved the lobby area and the pool side our room view was absolutely gorgeous and the area at the bar looking out the sea Is very relaxing

the complimentary breakfast was cornflakes that was a turn off n if u wanted orange juice you had to purchase it plus the pool area was full of garbage that was there from we checked in to the other day, they need to get a janitor, the Water is very low when you’re taking a bath

DeMar Chin was absolutely helpful and pleasant when checked in. Always popping by to find out if we were ok and if there was anything he could do for us. Absolutely refreshing that he even made suggestions to help our stay more relaxing.

We had dinner in the restaurant and was awoken with loud knocking on our bedroom by a dining room staff to inform us that we didn't pay the tab. Bear in mind, that our credit card was on file and even when he was instructed that he could have left it on our room tab or waited until bfast he didn't see that. There was no hot water or light blanket in our room. No wash rags or face towels

Went there with my BF asked for a birthday special. He loved the surprise when he entered the room. Tameka at front desk was really amazing she communicated with me from booking until her shift changed when I reached, she made sure everything went smoothly. Richard from the restaurant was also great and very hardworking. The nice bartender Tameika made sure she sorted out my drinks the way I liked it. The aim was for my BF to enjoy and relax mission was accomplished. Awesome place to chill with friends, family or couples. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back with more people 🤗. Place needed more entertainment especially at nights

My mother and I, both enjoyed the location and the facilities. Our room was on the top floor and the view was marvelous. The room was excellent and the balcony was great. The continental breakfast was good, the evening meals was lovely. The staff were keen to help us with anything from beach towels, accessing the safe, ensuring that we had everything we needed.

My father passed away in late April 2023 and the funeral was in May 2023. I felt it was wise to take my mother away for a few days. My mum, would have appreciated a lift to the top floor to get to her room. Also, the floor gradient from the swimming pool to the restaurant, you should watch out for. The bar is in the restaurant area at the back. There is a slight drop there as well. Hopefully, the refurbishment of the bar area will include leveling out the bar floor area with the restaurant floor.

Love the outside. The chef was outstanding. The food was excellent.

The parking

The evironment was clean the staff was always at my service the view was beautiful the bartender was great.

I didn't like the fact that the menu at the restaurant was so limited when it was time for dinner all that was there was swimp and even the breakfast that was supposed to be complimentary was too light but the egg and toast bread I bought was good and the swimp I had for dinner was delicious.

Staff was nice food Was ok if they had a little more staff to make it get to you faster than it would be much better the nightly DJ was one of my favorite things

I didn't like that my room was never cleaned for my entire 4 day stay neither was I given fresh towels even after I ask

I love the room it was a very nice area because I could look out from the balcony just as I see it I the picture, the beach area was very clean and nice,

When I arrive , the reception at the front desk was not very friendly, but she did comes around ,and I didn't like the brackfast that comes with the package, but the Jamaica brackfast was very very nice that Chef know how to make fry dumplings and acke and salt fish it was so!!!!!!!! Good

When pulling up to the hotel it wasn't as pictured online but after walking in back to the restaurant area the view was awesome!

We arrived to our room had problems with the TV after fixing it we still couldn't watch it. We ordered food it took at least 2 hours to get and it was loaded with so much hot pepper we couldn't enjoy it my husband is Jamaican and he said it was even to much for him he was sick the whole night and most of the next day. The walls and doors are thin we heard loud guest running through the hall at 3am waking us up.

The staff and the room was great it was right on the water

They didn't provide any wash rags they had towels but no rags when ask they said they do not provide any
