The room was very comfortable, clean, and nicely renovated. It is a great location, close to shops and the market. Being right on the beach was absolutely amazing. The pool was sparking clean which gave us an option of pool or beach or both everyday! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The food onsite was delicious and reasonable cost. The bar is right on the beach and drinks are reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and helpful and every request we had was followed up on quickly. There are also residents at the condo that live onsite in their own condos and they were very friendly and helpful when we asked for recommendations of the best jerk chicken in the area and best supermarkets. Security at the condo was excellent. I will absolutely make this my go-to accommadtion in Negril!

We did have to switch rooms several times as the air conditioner broke down but this beyond their control and the staff and manager Jean worked very quickly to make sure we were moved to a room with a working AC. The water pressure was lower on the third floor but this was only a minor inconvenience, water was always warm and plenty.

I like hearing the old school reggae music playing all night, lol, being close to the beach, having food and drinks at the resort, I like having a bath tub, , a King size bed, Like the fan and A/C, I like the daily house keeping, and I like the availability of the front desk when assistance was needed.. . I had my own breakfast from the grocery store. Not far from stores about 15 minutes walikng time. The staff and people there was very nice.

The WIFI connection was terrible. The is a big issue for me when I am conducting business online'. I didn't like the ants on the kitchen counter.

The location is perfect, there are 24 hour food options at the location & plenty of options along the beach. My room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I was there as the season was winding down so the crowd was manageable & wonderful.

Minor issues, the WIFI was super inconsistent making it tough to check in for my flight. I could never figure out how to get the tv to work. I was rarely in the room to care, but if you are a TV person, that would be an issue. Also, housekeeping was super aggressive at knocking and showed up at very inconvenient times. This shouldn't have been an issue for me bc every day, I told the housekeeper, to her face, that I didn't want her in my room or service; yet she did it any way.

It was close to the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful with information. They accommodated our request and the rate was reasonable.

The doors in the apartment could not close, especially the bathroom doors. The microwave had rust and needs to be replaced. The boiler closet door cannot close and was a concern to us as we had toddlers in the apartment. One of our rooms had no TV. The air conditioner in our room was leaving the last 3 days of our stay and we had to put a plastic container to catch the water because the towels

These condos are perfect for those who want an affordable holiday on the negril beach. The condos are right on the beach so you have your own private access to the beach, avoiding the crowd. The restaurant is excellent. The apartments are not modern, but they are clean and it is a perfect tradeoff for having the beach outside your door

The location was perfect right on the beach. But their restaurant did not take visa or mastercard so we did not eat there for breakfast. We liked that it was an older resort. The buildings were only two stories high. And it was on a part of Negril Beach That reminded me of when I was there in nineteen eighty seven.

The staff are courteous and friendly. Loved that the beach was right at my door, clean, and where I spent most of my time. Breakfast was AMAZING! Hats off to the gentleman in the kitchen! Secure location, walking distance to other resorts, and close to the grocery store.

Rooms are a bit out dated. Rusty chair and table on porch especially compared to other units. Pool looked dirty and jacuzzi was under maintenance. Confusing on which place was check in.

Big rooms & beds. Super clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Staff is exceptional. Big beach area. Nice pool. Good food and drinks. Overall super value for the price to have space and a kitchen. Would recommend for families.

Nothing bad to say. Could use a little shade by the pool area but otherwise was very pleased with the staff, space and value.

Proximity to the beach was fantastic. The staff were helpful and friendly. Easy to get Covid test completed prior to travel departure.

Unit did not have any hot water our first night. once we let the front fest know the next morning, they had maintenance come to the unit right away. They turned on the water heater. It’s just too bad that the water heater wasn’t turned on prior to our arrival.
