Great location 10 mins walk to centre, active communication from the owner Mateo via WhatsApp with great advice on where to go, what to do etc. Accommodated my luggage storage and early check in. Free Netflix in the room! Super clean room, easy to order breakfast online and shows up outside your room in the morning! If I return to Verona, I'll stay here again!

It rained on both days so I couldn't enjoy the garden but that's not the properties fault

Very nice host. Walking distance from all attractions. Extremely clean, very comfortable with all that you need. In the shared space you can find free of charge water, juices and snacks. Each room has its own garden where you can enjoy breakfast. The breakfast is very good and you can order something different every morning. Especially I like the espresso machine in the room. I absolutely recommend and will be back for sure

Too many mosquitoes in the garden

The place is really amazing! Highly recommended!!! The room was clean, comfortable and cozy! By the way is was really big as for 2 people! There are a small place near the balcony to drink some coffe outside. The breakfast was really nice - there were many positions just to choose in the fridge - not only croussants as it usually you can find in italian hotels!))) Respect for owners and staff! Also there are a very safe parking just in front of the hotel - the price is good and it is covered!

Matteo was excellent communicator and the check in process is automated and virtual. Upload docs and get smartphone access to the gate and doors. AC was wonderful, bed was comfortable and room was clean. You order breakfast the night before on the app and they drop off fresh croissants and meat and cheese as a bagged breakfast in the am. Location is very quiet and short walk across an historic bridge into the city. He has thought of it all- even free Netflix in the room. We just stayed one night and he accommodated an early checkin.

It was one of the best hotels for me and my family. Super clean, cozy and comfortable room near the old town. Underground parking is 15 meters from the entrance and costs 16 euros per night. The owner does everything to make your vacation as good as possible. He is always in touch, very friendly and attentive. The room has everything you could need. Convenient access to the accommodation with the help of a link and video explanation. Tea, coffee, yogurt, water, milk, etc. are always available in the kitchen. Comfortable beds. Quietly. Short way into the city centre, possibility to open the doors keyless is a nice to have, The Host is also very kind and offered his recommendations

Breakfast could offer more. There are so many great pasticcerias and butcheries around with very good sweet and savoury items, no need to offer just normal cooked ham and toast

Spacious and clean room. Good and quick communication with the owner. Excellent location right next to the historic city center. Romantic sitting in the small garden in front the house. Parking with sufficient capacity literally behind the corner. When we visit Verona again, we know where we will return :)

Nothing to complain

This was in a perfect positioned for a small walk into the city, the bonus being a nice little bar area on the way for a cheeky drink and a pleasant walk across one of the most famous bridges in the city.

To be honest l can not fault this stay it was perfect and thankfully it had great air conditioning as the city was so hot.

Location, small green patio for the room, good communication with the owner.

Breakfast can be improved. The food in Italy is amazing. Better selection of cheese or pastries can be done. Some refurbishment of the rooms would be welcomed as well as having a small fridge in the room. Heating not working properly and we needed assistance from the owner.

Great place to stay a few days and see Verona. The location is perfect. Main sites are all within walking distance, with the Castelvecchio bridge just around the corner. Yet the apartment is in a quiet cul de sac so you have no traffic and nearly perfect silence at night. Rooms were spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped. There's a lovely small space to sit outside. Parking garage is just around the corner. Good wifi, free Netflix. Fresh croissants every morning. And best of all Matteo is always available via whatsapp to send you tips and help around.

There was nothing we did not like.
