Grifoni Boutique Hotel

Great location, very clean room with outside area, friendly staff.

The bed was a bit tough and it was a struggle to get my luggage up the stairs as there was no elevator!

Staff was nice and helpful. Hotel was very clean and area was very quiet. You have a supermarket, restaurants and other shops few steps away. The supermarket was 20ft from the entrance which was perfect.

This was a family trip. We had 3 rooms. What I was disappointed about and the reason why I am not going to stay here again was that Room 8, which is on the 4th floor had no refrigerator. It also has no elevator and no one told us in advance where rooms are going to be. My father is sick and can barely get up to the first floor. We couldn’t switch because other rooms were family rooms with extra beds for kids. This is the room with a balcony. Imagine during the summer with 100F outside and you have no refrigerator. When I checked with the office, they stated that room 8 doesn’t include the refrigerator. It’s a small box you plug in. Why would every other room have it and not room 8? I have this in writing and I can provide the evidence If anyone needs it.

Location was perfect, easy to reach from the train station and very close to main attractions. Just across the building, a supermarket and a superb restaurant. Very lively place. Hotel was furnished modern, room was clean and with perfect aircondioning. The open buffet breakfast served exceeded our expectations, the lady - Ms.Teresa helping at the breakfast was very nice and friendly.

The bad smell at the main entrance - possibly from the toilette inside locker room was irritating. But there was none during the breakfast times so it might be something occational

Breakfast was fine, good central location, spacious room and nice balcony. A bit strange way of payment asking to pay by sending the link, but worked fine.

Only one chair in the room, no table, no glasses (even in a bathroom for a tooth brush, no towel hangers in a bathroom, pillows quite hard and flat. Refrigerator almost didn't freeze, but was not a big deal since we had a balcony and was cool outside. Safe box is just a box, not attached to anything, so can be just taken out. As such a late check in 15:00, too early check out 10:00

Room was a great size, beds comfy-ish but pillows are not, got a stiff neck. Other than that it was great and excellent value for money. Lovely view over Rio Tera and great restaurants just outside and to the right (closest one to the canal does amazing bread)

the properrty is located in a beautiful part in venice. shops and restaurants in the circumstance. there is no reception, everything is with codes. there is a code for entering the hotel, and a code for entering the room you have a number for contacting the staff. very cool and confy looking room, nice design, very nice bathroom it is 5 minutes far from St. Tomà, one of the many stops of the water bus renovated rooms

no reception. there was a fridge in the room, but it didn‘t work. after i called the given number and tolde them the problem thei said they will send someone but nobody came.. the mattress was very hard. room‘s a bit small

Location is superb. Property very responsive. Rooms very clean. Quiet. They have a room you can lock your luggage in after checkout which was so helpful. No keys, everything is a code so one less thing to keep track of .

No elevator which at first seemed like a bigger deal, my room was 3 something so I thought it was 3rd floor. it was just one floor up. I travelled for a wedding so had more luggage than usual. Not sure how many floors they have. I have a shoulder injury so for me it made a difference. All they have is coffee from an electric coffee maker. Not a huge deal but noticeable for Italy. i

The location of the hotel is perfect. A 10-min walk from Rialto bridge but far from the main crowds. The room was spacious and clean.

Our room had windows to the little street with restaurants so it was quite noisy till late.

central location, large bright modern room with lovely balcony which is rare in Venice and Teresa who was always there at breakfast time, was really lovely -friendly and helpful. Continental Breakfast was good and plentiful.

For us the bed was too firm - a mattress topper would have been good had that been available.

well situated, both on feet and by waterbus(via s toma). cozy, clean, modern and minimalist. spacious enough for 2 adults 2 young kids. supermarket and restos in front. kind breakfast ladies :)

no biggie, just no shelf for toiletries in bathroom or cup to hold toothbrushes toothpaste. no fresh fruits for breakfast but its ok, supermarket is just in front.
