Easy drive-in type hotel/motel in park like setting, car park in front of room, good breakfast spread, spacious room, attentive multi-lingual reception staff

Housekeeping issues: Poor vacuuming of carpet (dead insects), several busted light bulbs, pest control

The location is perfect, the set up also – we have a dog and being able to park the car right by the back door to the room is perfect. Also for our early morning and late evening walks with our dog. Great outdoor space for our dog to run around. Initially we didn't have a room with a private exit but we requested it upon noticing this and our room got changed immediately. Very good service.

The only issue was the AC was rattling and it was not possible to make the rattle stop unless the entire air conditioning was switched off and with a heatwave happening it was very warm indeed.

Location is not near the lake , big territory but nothing special : only grass fields. No benches or tables to sit outside excepts the small hotel bar . The breakfast is ok . The bed was comfortable and room too.

We had two rooms and in the one of them shower head was broken. The one room was with attached parking place but receptionist did not mentioned this and gave me a key opening the door to parking only after I asked for. Also they tried to charged us for dinner for the other room at checked out “by mistake”

The location of the hotel is amazing since it is not very far away from the city however far enough to be calm and very relaxing. The nature around the hotel and the design of the property is relaxing and aesthetically pleasing. I recommend this property for couples and business men looking to have relaxing night. The breakfast was also very good and included salty and sweet breakfast for the preferences of the customers.

Lovely hotel close to Varese and the Lake, set on a very large piece of land. (great for our dog) Hotel is very modern, rooms are big and comfortable as is the bathroom. Hotel is fully air-conditioned. Breakfast is fantastic especially for Italian standards. So much fresh fruit, different types of nuts, cereal, yogourt, bread, eggs, cheese, ham etc. There is lots of free parking available on property. The young man from El Salvador at breakfast was amazing. So helpful and so customer service oriented.

Due to Corona the guests were not allowed to touch anything so we had to wait for the staff to serve us at the buffet ( you point to what you would like) which took up quite a bit of time as they had to go get coffee for everyone as well. When at 0915 the eggs were finished, I asked the girl about it and she said: sorry they are finished. I said well there is 45 min to go so can they please make some more? In the end they did but really they need a supervisor to make sure everything is refilled when necessary as this occurred with the juice and other things as well.

This hotel was a cozy and nice, we got room number with small terrace and parking area - it was really comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was simple, but good. All the hotel area is really nice place, I like breakfast area - very sunny and nice place :))

1. There were no wifi in our room; 2. Every time after shower in the bathroom there was a lot of water left - so in this room they should fix run off system.

Everything was excellent, location was a bit out of the way, restaurant was slightly disappointing, but restaurant close to the hotel (not the Road House) was excellent, above expectations.

Roads were poor but acceptable

The rooms were clean and well maintained. Easy to park at the door. Food was fine and a nice little bar for a nightcap. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Internet was not reliable. I get the idea of the key cards that shut down your room to save power when you're not there, but there should be one live outlet for charging devices.

The hotel is impeccably clean and breakfast is terrific. The staff were very friendly and the beds very comfortable.

There is nothing outstanding about it. It's bland and the location is nothing special. I would have appreciated a toothglass in the bathroom.

the exterior design and the garden are beautiful. the breakfast, the room and the in general the hotel are basic but very good. All the hotel is one floor and every room has a back entrance with a parking. Lake Varese is in walking distance and I spent my mornings running there.
