It was the first time we'd used a self check in at a hotel but it worked fine and our room key was waiting on the front desk. The hotel is beautiful and the rooftop terrace has stunning views of Tirano. The complimentary 'Chilly' type water bottles in the rooms were great and the little touches around the hotel for sustainability didn't go unnoticed.

I wished I'd have known about the glass floors and stairs! They're quite disorientating and after filling up his water bottle in the lounge area, my husband took a wrong turning and fell down the stairs. Thankfully he managed to stay on his feet and just grazed his arm but was a little shook up. They look very impressive but I know lots of people who wouldn't have even got out of the lift.

Ultra modern hotel. About a 10 min walk from train station, in a great location. They give you these great aluminum water bottles as a gift…very nice! We were able to check in while there was someone at desk…apparent,y that’s only between 5-7pm. Otherwise, you’re given a code for outside door and they leave your room key sitting on the front desk with your name on it!! How can this be safe? If I was a female traveling alone, I’d be having a fit over this.

When I booked, it said breakfast 7-10am. Front desk girl told me same thing. We go down to breakfast, guy asks room number, he looks at the sheet and says we don’t get the free breakfast…huh? I pull out my Booking.com confirmation where it says breakfast is 7-10…”well, yes, that’s when it’s served, it’s not free”. So that was awkward. We just paid for it bc we didn’t have to time to go anywhere else. It was about $12 USD, so no big deal, but the breakfast was crap. Plan on eating elsewhere.

Very modern design, extremely clean and comfortable. Spacious bathroom and living room, electric blinds, equipped kitchen, great location and quiet at night.

Our apartment was conjoined with another one with a locked door that requires soundproofing! We could hear people zipping their suitcases, tv, even yawning.. thank god there was no bed noises or my kids could hear it!! Absolutely ridiculous! Breakfast was a joke. Few slices of braseola and cheese, two boiled eggs (not freshly cooked by the look of green yolk) tiny buns and butter. The rest was sweet yogurts, croissants etc. we don’t eat sweet breakfasts so there was nothing we could eat basically.

The bed, sheets and pillows were SUPERB!!! The glass bathroom is equipped with shower cap, a really good shampoo and conditioner! the shower with great water pressure. In the room, it was spacious with seating area with air cond, a table (so useful), wardrobe, safety deposit, mini fridge. An easy walk from the Tirano train station. Centrally located at the Piazza Cavour surrounded by restaurants. The hotel receptionist was easy to contact via WhatsApp. We read the instructions to check in online and once we did, check in was easy! And they recommended a great place to have nice dinner just a 5 mins walk away What a refreshing modern design the interior of the hotel was, with glass flooring, glass lift and cool tones. We really like the contrast to the historical buildings surrounding it. The hotel as a lounge with vending machines to purchase toothbrushes, slippers and some light snacks. The hotel provided us with light weight water bottles which were a really nice touch.

The room was a good, medium size but with plenty of space to hang clothing and lay out bags. There was a mini fridge, safe, and free refillable water bottles. The room and bathroom were very clean, modern, and updated. The bed was comfortable with plugs on each side and good lighting. The bathroom had a great mirror and lighting, plus there is a full length mirror in the room. The TV was "smart" and you can login to your streaming accounts. It really has everything you need to stay comfortably for a few nights. The location is good. Parking is public and not free, but just across the street and not expensive. There are restaurants and bars very close by. The train station is about a 10 min walk or less. The front desk was not staffed 25-7, but you check in online first and your key is waiting for you. It was easy. Plus when the staff were there they were very kind and helpful with questions.

Breakfast was pretty basic. One cheese, two meats, a couple of cereals, yogurt, toast, croissant. Also, this is not necessarily a negative, but the elevator, stairs, and hallway are all glass, which is an interesting design choice. It's kind of cool, but if someone was very averse to heights or has vertigo or something, they may not like it.

The staff were very cordial and they were going extra miles to make guest comfortable. The property manager was nice, she allow me to check-in early( as I reached by train couple of hours early). It's a newly done up property with ultra-modern fixtures. It's located in the old town close to the Museo Etnografico Tiranese and the Adda river. I enjoyed walking through the narrow cobbled lanes with huge heritage buildings with no gap between them, some out of maintenance, but admirable. There is a well maintained walking/cycling track with the Adda river on the one side and apple/grape orchard on the other that goes miles leading upto the mountain. All in all, great place and great location.

My room didn't have a window to look outside through. The large window was facing inside and I guess the location and building around doesn;t allow them put outword looking windows at least on two sides.

A lovely town, a lovely hotel, and a lovely hostess/staff. It was modern, clean, and had awesome amenities. Very quiet. The lounge kept us warm and had a good selection of coffee/tea and small toiletries. The roof had a great view and was relaxing. A short walk from the Bernina Express. Elisa was sweet and very responsive/helpful.

We liked everything. You should book it. There is a glass staircase that we thought was cool, but some people may find disorienting.

Excellent location, set in the picturesque Piazza Cavour. Short walk to the Tirano train station. Good sized room with modern decor, very comfortable beds.The room had a lively view of the piazza and the mountains. Good breakfast included with the stay. The property has 2 beautiful terraces to enjoy the amazing views and a lounge with free spring water for you to refill your bottles. The staff were very friendly. Online check in was a breeze. We are a family of four who just needed a nightcap at Tirano for our early morning Bernina Express ride, but this accommodation made us feel like we could have easily stayed 2 nights in Tirano to enjoy the amenities. Last but not the least, the property also gave swags like free water bottles to all its guests. Very handy while you are traveling.

Everything was perfect. The location is great - in the centre of Tirano, close to the Bernina Express railway station. The rooms are new, white-black, spacious. The breakfast was great, coffee included. The host was very helpful, always ready to help. We received a gift from Domus which was surprising but nice. Will be happy to come back one day. Thank you!

We just wanted accommodation in Tirano before our trip with trenino rosso del Bernina. But we found a surprise ... a five-star room like of a top resort. Designed with a mind for comfort and relaxation but with unmistakable Italian taste for love and joy. For me, nicest design ever (away from home). Spero di rivederti, un giorno.
