Great location on the main street, and walking distance to all of Ortigia. Comfortable bed, bedding, and pillows. Great terrace and seating outside our room. Cafe and small supermarket just downstairs. Small but good shower and bathroom. Good outlets and lighting. Breakfast was tasty and had a lot of choices (breads, cakes, ham, cheese, jams, yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee/teas). Responsive and easy communication with property. We stayed 3 lovely days/nights here.

Parking in Ortigia is difficult, but property goes out of their way to make getting there and finding parking as easy as possible. We took turns unloading the car, and going up to the b&b so we didn't get a ticket from the police (since there is no street parking there). We then found parking at the entrance to Ortigia in a free, public lot. The street below the b&b can be noisy towards the morning when life starts to happen outside. But the view and location make up for that.

Great little spot to stop over which was central to Ortigia, clean and well appointed, great breakfast and friendly staff! Easily walkable, active area but didn’t have any issues with noise, cute little balcony and quite enjoyable breakfast spread. Additionally the hosting team were very nice and responsive and even let us store bags on check out day so we could explore.

Nothing that impacted our stay, but a few small notes. Our room didn’t offer great city views (which we weren’t expecting) but thought it worth noting. Additionally, the room had a nice little desk but that meant there was no chair or sofa for lounging.

Very chic place, best location, perfect room whit two nice balconies, impeccable cleanliness. There is a coffee and tea maker in the room. Breakfast was a wonderful buffet, it was served in a very intimate and bohemian space, with pleasant ambient music. The staff was very kind and Chiara exceeded all our expectations, she was very helpful and concerned about having a perfect stay. I definitely recommend this place

The BnB is in an excellent location within walking distance of major attractions. The room was very spacious and clean with a big balcony and nice view. The breakfast was included in the price and it had a good selection of sweet and savoury options. We had multiple cancellations and re-scheduling of travel plans because of the bad weather but Chiara was very understanding and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend you stay here when visiting Ortigia.

Friendly staff. Excellent location. Good air conditioning which we needed! Delicious breakfast from owners bakery. We had rooms 3 and 4 which were the biggest and had 2 balconies each so there was always one in sun and one in shade, worth paying a bit extra.

Had to negotiate codes to enter apartments and no one there on arrival but it wasn't a big deal as the information was clear.

We had a lovely stay at this bread and breakfast. The host was super in her communication (in English!) She sent us the code to open the doors to the accommodation on Whatsapp and we could ask her questions when needed. The place is located in a beautiful street with a little supermarket right around the corner and many restaurants everywhere you look. The room was great and had nice windows with a cute little balcony which overlooks the street. There is a small refrigerator in the room, a nice bathroom with a great shower and the beds slept great as well. Another amazing thing was the breakfast. There was a lot of choice, everything was fresh and tasted delicious. Amazing start of your day!

There is one thing that would be good to know when staying here. Because you're on a busy street right in the centre of the town, it does get a little loud sometimes in the evening with people walking by, cars and motorcycles driving through the street. This is to be expected of course when you book a place in town but it's good to know that it's not perfectly quiet in the evenings and at night.

- The door of the room was old and too thin so it was quite noisy especially in the morning hours with check in/check out of other rooms - The property served us during the breakfasts on the first day some nice spreads they produce, but unfortunately there were not available in the buffet. That would be nice as the whole breakfast was very handmade-like - Very late communication (same day of the arrival) of some restorations which were going on on the building which surprised us, but still the host managed that effectively at the end.

The BnB was well located and the rooms were quiet despite being on a fairly busy street. The breakfast was fantastic and included a number of delicious home made italian cakes and sweets. The room the breakfast was served in was extremely comfortable and added to a very relaxing experience. Chiara also gave us a voucher for her family's cafe which we used to have an aperitif! We tried two of the restaurants she reccomended and both were extremely good.

I could never imagine that such high level of perfection and attention to detail is possible when it comes to B&B, but during this stay I was completely blown away by the level of service and attention that Chiara provides for her guests. The most outstanding points for us were in chronological order: 1) very detailed and clear parking suggestions and check in instructions; 2) perfectly clean and super comfortable room with complete high quality toiletry that I would never expect from a small B&B, and some yummy snacks during check in and check out; 3) ample delicious breakfast (including generous gluten free options on request!) with large selection of fresh fruit and really good coffee; 4) not critical for the stay, but super sweet and stylish Christmas decorations. Overall aura of the place was very warm and welcoming, and I wish we could have stayed longer. I really hope to come back at some point!

Absolutely nothing

We loved everything! Before we arrived we got every information and we could easily get in the room. Welcome coffee and homemade cookies were waiting for us. Everything was super clean and the interior is really pretty and cozy. The bed is very comfortable and pillows are too! We got cold coffee every day. Every afternoon were sitting on our private balcony and enjoyed the Italian vibes. The best part was the breakfast! Very good quality food and many options. At the end of our stay we got a little gift from Chiara. Thank you so much for this amazing experience! We will come back for sure✨

The only thing what was a bit disturbing that our room was the first one, right next to the breakfast room which was noisy from 8 pm. For me it wasn’t a problem, because I woke up anyways. If you like to sleep longer, book a room at the back.
