I highly recommend this place to everyone seeking a fabulous place to stay in Siena. Starting with the Stuff - absolutely amazing, kind, helpful people, super fast responses, we got all the necessary info despite late check-in. The appartament was extremely spacious, has a lot of amenities, and was squicky-clean. Super comfortable bed. The location was great too - during the night, it was super quiet, it is approx 20-25min by foot to Siena city center. Bus station as well as some restaurants were very close by. It was an amazing experience ;)

Super clean, room was super large, well equipped and decorated. Air conditioning was fine, staff was super helpful. The free coffee machine in the reception is a super large upside…. I mean, you can’t even park your car on the sideways anywhere for free in Europe, nothing is free around here, getting free coffee is in a whole other level.

Blankets for the bed were kinda stitchy and harsh. The bath box door was broken, funcional, but broken. Bathroom box was leaking out to the floor.

The apartment is very nice, big and clean The location is out of the center but was good for us since we came with a car, had a free and easy parking and used the public bus next to the hotel to the old city.

The bed was not comfortable, the mattress was too soft, seems to me from over-using. I was difficult for me to sleep on this bed. Once they decide to replace the mattress it can be the perfect accommodation. We arranged with them an earlier check-in but when we arrived the keys did not wait for us as promised and we had to wait that someone will arrive.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, both on arrival, during our stay and especially on our last day. Unfortunately my wife broke her ankle badly and the lady in reception was really great in helping me find where to buy crutches and phoned around for me. We were also allowed to stay on for a couple of extra hours at no extra which eased stress levels! Good apartment in an excellent location just outside the city walls and with restaurants and shops a short distance away. Thanks guys!

Nothing to fault

Great place to stay. Very comfortable apartments, free parking in front, kind staff, convenient location close to the city centre but out of the car restrited area. There is a bus stop (bus to the city in 5 minutes), market and restaurants just across the street.

The only bad thing was that someone decided to smoke in their room, which turned on the fire alarm. I think no smoking policy in rooms should be enforced by the hotel.

This is a nice aparthotel outside the city center. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the center (but you can go by car and park closer to the center). The door to our room and the furniture is a bit worn, old, scratched. But our room was clean and very comfortable (very comfortable bed, large windows, comfortable bathroom, kitchen, free access to a coffee and tea machine outside the room). Car parking is free (the aparthotel has its own private parking spaces). If you are looking for an aparthotel with parking on the main road and outside the city center, if you want a comfortable room, if old furniture is not a problem for you, I highly recommend this aparthotel.

The room was really large. The bed was comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful (keep in mind that the reception is not 24/7). There is a venting machine in the lobby and a coffee maker you can use free of charge. The hotel has enough private parking slots. The location is less than 5 mins away (by car) from the Santa Caterina parking lot which provides easy access to the city center. The area is outside of the city center but there are around a couple of nice places to eat (e.g., "Osteria Sentimento" and "La Colonna" pizzeria) and a super market.

City center is not easily accessible without a car (but this was expected and okay for us).

Hotel is clean, and communication is great. You can ask lady on reception everything you need, she is really helpful.

I do not recommend to accept hotel's recommendation for restaurant which is next door to hotel. We arrived late with kids and wanted to eat something so we asked receptionist for recommendation, she suggest to us trattoria door next to hotel, but food is weird (not tipical Italian), portions are small, and it was really expensive. Also, it was weekend and restaurant was totally empty - we were the only one.

The hotel is 5 mins away from the centre by car. It is close to the highway but it wasn't noisy. I really appreciated that there were enough parking lots - driving in Siena might be challenging, especially finding a place to park. The personnel was friendly and helpful, the apartment was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the restaurant next to the hotel - great stuff, food and atmosphere. They even had a kids place - I totally recommend it - both the hotel and the restaurant.

There were free refreshments available 24/7 which is nice but the coffee wasn't that good.

The accommodation is very clean, neat and spacious as well. The location is great and closer to the bus stops which makes it easy to take public transport.

The apartment is not cleaned during your stay which was strange for your hotel, I guess you have to do your own cleaning which is not bad on its own.
