Hotel Ulivi

- Very Clean and comfortable beds - Supportive and amiable staff (mini fridge was not working and they quickly send someone to change it) - Good breakfast with nice terrace view - Convenient car parking garage - Depending on your plans, location is very good and at walking distance to the pier

Everything was great but my only complaint would be that by the time of the booking, it was clearly mentioned that the "double room" had a maximum capacity of 2 people but in reality, the room has an extra single bed (one Queen bed + Single bed), since we were 5 people, we had to book 3 rooms in order to fit us all when we could've easily fit in 2 double rooms. Only because of this, I took out points because it affected directly our pockets on something that could've been prevented easily if the description was accurate, other than that, great stay.

The hotel is great. The breakfast is amazing. They served soute porcini mushrooms. It was excellent, so delicious. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The only thing l did not like is that when l checked out , the reception could not prepare an fiscal invoice under the company name because she said that the booking.com received the payment before so we could not issue an invoice for you. It was strange for me. I have been staying so many hotels and it was not happened to me before in any of hotels which l stayed. They gave me a paper written under the company name. Except that, it is a great hotel.

The location of this hotel was amazing that offers a great front view of Lago d'iseo. It was accessible to town, a few mins walk to the restaurants and offers wide range of variety for breakfast. The staff are very accomodating and nice, very helpful in answering your queries and offers solutions.

The aircondition was not cool enough, although maybe because it was very warm at that time but still do-able. Overall, our stay was great and definitely will come back again.

Good Breakfast and internet. TV only english channels were BBC and Sky world news. I was able to view netflix no problem.

was some confusion over the handwritten wifi access code wouldn't work, reception told me it was a technical issue and would be fixed later however checking with another person later that evening, it was badly written down. A printed code would stop any confusion. The TV was a Smart TV it would have been nice to have the TV WiFi enabled so i could have cast netflix onto it.

A beautifully equipped hotel. Beautiful garden surroundings with a lovely terrace and small private garden for our room on the ground floor. Excellent parking with a lovely entrance from the parking area straight into the hotel. Good breakfast. Excellent location.

The staff was variable - our first meeting was with a very friendly receptionist, while the evening shift was manned by a rather surly lady. The hotel had no restaurant and, though there were a number of restaurants nearby, the evening receptionist did not really give us much information about them.

fantastic location for restaurants and bars in Sarnico. Breakfast is simple, but personal and more than enough to set you up for the day. a Lidl is just up the road for any supplies. all staff very friendly and helpful

we were in a very large 2 floor, 2 bedroom apartment for 5 days - no real issue for us but it wasn’t “serviced” at all for the 5 days even though we saw cleaners working daily on surrounding rooms - was no issue for us, just strange!

Everything, from convenient parking, location close to lake, well appointed room with good space and lake view. It’s well laid out and easy to navigate with gorgeous grounds. From the warm welcome when we arrived to checking out all of the staff were exceptional. They are a very professional team and ensured we had everything we wanted and their friendly nature was focused on our enjoyment of our holiday

The hotel is very beautiful. The staff is welcoming. The garden is quite exceptional, with such a stunning view on the lake. The location is perfect, walking distance to the restaurants. The room is perfect, it has all you need for a comfy stay. Breakfast is very good. Cosy place, absolutely nothing you could complain about.

Nice location by a lake, nice and comfortable rooms, very good breakfast. Good restaurants in 10 min walk distance, great underground garage with lots of spaces. Perfect stay for business trip, also for holiday. Very nice and helpful staff.

Wifi might work better. In the morning and evening the traffic is very dense in the area, which is necessary to bear in mind when traveling to the airport or a meetng.

Breakfast was great, but best of all was the staff: very nice, helpful and just all around very pleasant. The hotel itself was s bit of s surprise because we were not expecting it to be so pretty and have such gorgeous views. Now we are planning to go back and spend more time there to go around the lake.
