Best Western Hotel Cristallo

The hospitality of the staff. They really make you feel at home. Very close to train station. Loved their dog on the property.

Far from other restaurants. It is a 10 minute walk to city centre. Small cafés and a few restaurants. There is one restaurant on the property with a limited menu, but food was excellent. They forgot a few of the items we ordered, but were ver apologetic.

The Best Western Hotel Cristallo is a very convenient hotel located in Rovigo. I was pleasantly surprised with how modern the rooms were, how large they were, and how clean they were. I lived in Rovigo previously and this was better than my apartment. The front desk staff was also very courteous, helpful and friendly.

The only thing I didn't like was at the time of my stay, they were putting scaffolding up on the side of the hotel. I assume to update it, but the workers were a bit loud early in the mornings. On the scaffolding, the workers could look directly into the bathroom as there is limited window coverings. I know its temporary.

Breakfast was excellent. Parking was readily available for free in front of the hotel. I stayed in the low season, however, so probably it is busier in summer.... It was easy to find the property and to get to and from it. Walking into the center of town took about 5-7 minutes. Staff was helpful and efficient.

Everything was fine.

Reception lady is very kind, help us a lot during our trip. Our rental car is with problem, they help us to find the taxi with very good price and solve our big problem. We have a very good experience there we will come again.

Sparkling clean room had everything I needed. Comfortable bed, soft linens, plenty of towels. Only 4 minute walk from the train station but without any noise from it. Great view of trees and windows that open wide. Market and Asian fusion restaurant nearby. Staff was kind and even helped me find a wonderful family spa in Montegrotto. Allowed me to leave my luggage after check-out.

Great location very close to the train station i.e. walking distance. Very good hygiene measures as I was travelling during CVODI 19 pandemic. All staff extremely kind, courteous, making effort to understand your needs and to be of help. Within the hotel there is a Restaurant which was open in the evening and this was a bless as I was travelling for work-related issue during COVID 19 pandemic and because of government restrictions the vast majority of restaurants in Rovigo city centre were closed especially in the evening. The Restaurants offered a very nice selection of "primo" (risotto, different types of pasta) and "secondo" dishes. I am vegetarian and I always found good options ranging from cheese to various selections of fresh vegetables (which I usually enjoy grilled). I was always offered a complimentary starter. All the staff working at the Restaurant were very professional and extremely kind to make sure I felt comfortable. Opposite the Hotel there is a medium-sized supermarket which - in my opinion - is a plus. In addition, the Hotel is just walking distance from the City Centre.

Everything was perfect. Spaceful room. The staff was kind and helpful. The location was perfect. It's pretty close to the train station. Loved the place.

Could have been better the bread was not up to Italian par, eggs too long in chaffing dish, had to turn back butter with mold.

FIRST CLASS FACILITIES. WONDERFUL BREAKFAST ROOM/CAFETERIA/EVENING DINING ROOM. Exceptionallly helpful & friendly staff.
