Hotel Oasi Wellness & Spa

Wonderful hotel with outstanding and most helpful staff, great value for money. Fantastic facilities - beautiful spa and trace on the 4th floor to relax surrounded by tranquility of nature. The ladies at the front desk couldn’t be any more welcoming and helpful with information and recommendations . Nothing was a problem. Beautifully equipped rooms with very specious bathrooms and balconies with impressive views. Great WIFI, beautiful breakfast room with superb selection of items for vegetarians. Great location when you travel by public transport. I wish I stayed there longer!

The location, cleanliness and beach front. The breakfast was very nice.

The spa swimming pool could have been warmer, the outdoor plunge pool could have been heated. The biggest issue was a shower head provided with the bath... but no wall holder... so impossible for a shower in the room. Not great for a spa hotel.. although we used a few in the spa... which were adequate... but not in the room! Communal

Beautiful view from the balcony and from the terrace on the roof. The location is right next to the lake. Very good breakfast (except for cappuccino which seemed strange). Maybe we were just lucky but it was very peaceful and quiet at night, we had a great sleep.

The sauna and swimming pool are open only until 19:00, so after a whole day of hiking we could not relax there. The bed which was advertised as large in fact was two smaller mattresses joined together.

This was a great stay - we came pretty late, it was cold and raining and we really appreciated nice, cozy, neat and warm room + wellness. The breakfast was exquisite, the personnel awesome. It´s right in the centre of Riva del Garda, the lake is just behind the garden. The pool is quite small and we only used Finnish sauna, the rest was just mild warm for us, but it was exactly what we needed. We were lucky with the price, too, before weekend it was much lower that usual ;-) P.S. I can recommend L'officina del panino for dinner - the best burger I´ve ever had ;-)

Shower, extremely small and nearly impossible for my husband to enter much less maneuver once inside. It almost made him want to move to another hotel. Also, would have liked to have morning spa hours

Very good breakfast, friendly staff, parking in front of the hotel, nice balcony with a view of the lake. The room was nice, big enough and clean. The location is good, 15 minutes walk along the lake to the city centre. The hotel is right next to the lake.

The bed was quite unconfortable (pillows are really too thin, uncomfortable and unacceptable for a hotel with 4 stars, luckily we found additional pillows in the room otherwise we woudn't be able to sleep, same goes tor the mattress).

i have stayed here before and the lake view rooms are super although a little extra money. Breakfast is excellent. The location is perfect with easy access to the lake for a lovely walk and many restaurants close by.

Always wish they had irons in the room which is pretty standard - they apparently have none! They removed their bigger pool and put something smaller.

Hotel Oasi have treated us very well. I definitely recommend. We were really suprised about the breakfast, which was really diverse. Staff was also very friendly, only cleaning should be better. The cleanliness of the room was not thorough. Another disadvantage was the wellness which was opened only till 7pm.
