Fantastic host and breakfast/roof deck. Great location but don't try to park too close. There is an official parking area nearby with an entrance and exit for about one EURO per hour (less at night). Non-residents must use the spots with the blue lines. Download the EASYPARK app and attach it to your credit card and license plate. Spin the dial to set the period/time and go over because if you come back earlier and stop it the app will credit you. I had to find out this on my own after a long search for parking but I can't remember the name of the place (very close to the gardens and about 8 mins walk from the property). Definitely give them a try -- they are a class act!

Wish we had room 1 next door (was empty and the door was open so I took a peak) because it was a bit more charming and had a full balcony, but the owner said room 2 was bigger. I didn't feel that way but it might be a matter of perception on my part. We only stayed one night. nd make sure you have a few euros to pay the room tax. I got caught out by it and had to change some money even though it was only 3 EUROS. Personally the husband who for me was not as personable as his wife (didn't see him until the end) should have waived it in the spirit of hospitality but that's minor.

Really can't say enough about our hosts who went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay at this B&B. When we got lost walking from the parking lot back to the B&B, Francesca actually came out looking for us! We were walking for over an hour and were so happy to see her! The breakfast was excellent (with home baked goods), room was very clean, internet was great, roof deck was furnished well and had great views, and location was perfect. We loved sitting out on our balcony, too.

Please note there is no elevator and stairs may be an issue with some people.

5 stars all the way for this charming B&B and our wonderful, most helpfull and friendly hosts, Emilio and Francesca who went out of their way to make our week with them amazing. The B&B is an a great location. Our room (a superior double) was on the first floor and had a good sized private terrace with seating. The buffet breakfasts were delightful with outstanding views over the rooftops of Ragusa Ibla. The whole building was very clean and well kept. The rooftop terrace (where breakfast is in summer months) has amazing views and is an ideal spot to catch the sun or sit at night with a glasss of wine. I can not fault this fabulous B&B in any way.

The location in the heart of Ragusa Ilba was perfect! The owners, a lovely young couple, were so very helpful and friendly, with excellent communication before and during our stay. Breakfast was amazing! The rooftop bar and patio is beautiful( we didn’t get to do the happy hour up there with snacks due to the weather, but went up for a look at the view). we were able to find free parking on the street, but would be more difficult in high season. We highly recommend!

- perfect location - rooftop terrace with amazing view - very good breakfast for Italian standards, delicious coffee, local products, home made cakes - we really appreciated it - comfortable bed and memory pillows - our room had a nice balcony - easy check-in and out - free parking lot very close to the B&B - extremely friendly and helpful staff 🙏

nothing to complain about, maybe just 2 things you should know: - you can't drink the from the tap. A bottle of water would be nice in the rooms (but there are glass bottles on the reception) - parking can be difficult on the weekends (but on the weekdays it's super easy!)

The personal attention from Emilio and Francesca was exceptional. The location in Ibla puts one directly where we wanted to be. The third floor terrace on a sunny afternoon with a glass of local red was also special.

We arrived just after a big storm that resulted in some road closures. Not the fault of the rental property but our driving directions app couldn't adapt and made for some difficulties getting to the public parking lot.

Fantastic B&B in the heart of Ragusa. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Before arrival we were given lots of information about parking and driving to this beautiful hill top town. We managed to find a free spot within 5 mins walk. The room was comfortable and had a little balcony over the street. The roof top terrace was stunning for views, for sitting in the afternoon and delicious breakfast in the morning. The kettle in reception was useful to make a hot drink. I would highly recommend this lovely place - thanks mostly to the friendliness of the staff.

It’s a very comfortable room with a balcony that could be used but never found time. Since it’s next to a restaurant, their music did travel into the room. We are not complaining just want to make a notice of it. Rooms are above the check in & has no elevator. Nicely located with easy access to all locations. Parking in the city is a challenge in the city as a whole.

Cannot think of anything, except make note that if you like large full breakfast, this is not the place. They offered very simple selections & delicious coffee.

We had a delightful stay. Emilio and Francesca were warm, welcoming, and offered plenty of information about local things to do. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with several interesting and homemade Sicilian delicacies (like a chocolate spread made with pistachios, some delicious apple cake, and local cheeses and salamis) as well as yogurt, juice, coffee, etc. There is a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view, where one can request a special Happy Hour (BYOB, they provide a lovely selection of Sicilian cheeses, sausages, olives, breads, etc.). Parking is a few blocks away, and free. We were there off-season and it was simple to park and walk to Terrazza dei Sogni; I don't know what it would be like in the high season.

Ideal central location in Ragusa Ibla. The couple that owned and ran the B&B were really helpful and friendly. A lot of effort put into providing a nice breakfast and aperitifo option. Roof terrace was a nice space to use and had great views of the town. Room had everything thing you could need and ours had a nice adjoining terrace.
