Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti

Well I have put some thought before posting this review and I've come to realize this was a near perfect stay. The hotel could be higher in the mountains however it's on a perfect location to be enjoyed in the summer and winter as it's almost 4 or 5 celsius degrees less than in the nearby Madonna di Campiglio area which is perfect for taking sun baths outdoor (i' v done it in mid september and was pretty warm during the day). If luxury is in details this hotel definitely has it all! Extremely good taste everywhere. Every color, every smell, every object seem to be very thoughtfully choosen. It's new, beautiful, modern, chic and very comfortable. Nevertheless the hotel crown goes undoubtedly to the SPA! Amazing! The included areas are vast (only the salt water circuit requires extra charge besides treatments) and are just perfect! It's soo big that you could get some areas just for yourself (besides the main heated in/outdoor pool). Lefay bath products are great, with very pleasant smell except the shampoo which feels a little odd. The overall hotel smells very nice indeed. Staff very professional and helpful. Perfect cleaning everywhere. Huge and tasty breakfast, as expected. In summary this is a remarkable hotel that I feel is worth every penny; it's an experience by itself in top notch luxury and otherworldly spa and pools circuits in the mountains! Congratulations Lefay team!! Ps. I recommend booking the e-bikes and going to the Val Genova and wandering around Pinzolo.

The hotel is extremely nice, the spa and pool are very nice and never crowded. The location is magnificent, close to the cable car, the view os great. The breakfast is varied, a large choice of sweet and savoury. The room was bigger than the standards, hyper equipped, very calm and the bed was very comfortable.

Overall I think the property is overpriced. Moreover, the restaurant (not the fine dining one) has unreasonable high prices, it does not offer an overview of the local cuisine (which is great though), and overall the menu is quote anonimous.

everything is great with Lefay! they have super comfy transfer to ski hoists (5 mins). facilities are perfect from the amount of saunas to quality of breakfast (with the greatest view. Team is amazing. Thank you Lefay!

The hotel is made of high quality materials. Very nice room with a beautiful view. The spa and sauna area is great, the swimming pools too - warm water. Very nice service at the bar. Thanks to the courtesy of the bar staff, it was possible to order dishes that were not on the menu and their recommendations were great.

In the main restaurant there were no or only single typical Italian dishes for which Italian cuisine is famous. Fortunately, in the bar it was possible to order something from typical Italian cuisine outside the bar menu.

Everyone was perfect

It’s absolutely amazing! best ski-hotel I’ve ever been to, definitely coming back. The spa deserves a big appraisal as well as the rooms which are big and beautiful.

Although the ski lift is nearby and there is an excellent shuttle service, the Slopes in Pinzolo are pretty weak. I recommend taking the lift to Madonna Campiglio and ski there. not a major problem but something to keep in mind.

amazing hotel with excellent service, assistant and helpful receptionist, spacious beautiful rooms, the largest and most beautiful spa we have ever been to, and why we will definitely come back here is food, because for us I'm celiac and my husband also celiac and more over intolerant for lactose. In this hotel they had no problem with what they would cook or prepare for us and the food tasted amazing, we haven't eaten so well for a long time, especially without gluten. This is exactly why we will definitely return here and recommend further. Food, personal and spa was great Thank you Lefay Resort!
