Hotel Ovest

Very clean and tidy hotel with good facilities. Parking either in car park or garage (each an additional cost but provides reassurance). Luckily there was a space each of the four days of our stay. Reasonable breakfast choice. Room also had quiet air conditioning which made night time comfortable (still 30 degrees at night). Would stay there again

Location is good to access from motorway and ring road, however it is some way from the centre, so good restaurants and centre of town not in easy walking distance. There is an onsite restaurant although we did not use it Note although we booked to pay at hotel, payment was taken before we arrived, and then had to pay local tax on departure

Clean and comfortable, very big beds and good pillows, new and fresh facilities, friendly and helpful staff, good WiFi and lounge (with tables and power outlets) for working, big rooms, good breakfast and coffee, very good underground parking for 12 eur (free parking on the street was also possible).

We requested a twin room, and upon arrival we were given a double room with 1 bed. We were told that if we book on the same day, this could happen, but without a hassle, we were given a large family room instead (although we would have been ok with an extra blanket, as the bed was big enough).

Excellent hotel for an overnight in Piacenza. We appreciated the very friendly staff and the good restaurant which opened already at 19:00. Wonderful breakfast! Tasteful modern design, quite inside, despite nearby busy road. We would come again.

Just two details: Next time we would simply park outside in the enclosed parking space of the hotel. Instead we drove into the underground parking garage (10 Euros per night). This would have been OK, but the ramp has such a strong hump that the bottom of our car, a standard model, grazed the ground when going over it (quite scary). Also, we had to remove some ants from our bed - no tragedy, and we are not afraid of ants, but still a bit surprising...

A convenient location for a 1 night stay whilst travelling from UK back to our home in Umbria. Dreadful weather so we did not explore the locality. All Staff very helpful and friendly A tasty Dinner in the Restaurant and an excellent Breakfast with a lot of choice of hot and cold foot, meats and cheeses, pastries & croissants etc

The hotel is well renovated in a modern style that we appreciate very much. It is probably an older building renovated with much care for details and. The room is reasonably large (maybe not ideal for a longer stay but absolutely enough for us in transit) and clean like new. The bathroom was impeccable clean, no sewerage small like in many other (relatively chap) hotels. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast (although due to covid19 some limitations applied). Bonus point for the garage with proper parking places for larger cars. All the Covid19 rules are regulation were fulfilled above and beyond (not that we care too much).

I wanted a "simple" hotel, near Milano and the motorway, for, early in the morning, I had to travel to the airport and take a plane. And I got that... and a little more. First, the instructions from the hotel, with details (including free parking). Later, the area, quite peaceful. And, finally, the staff, a nice reception and a good restaurant for an Italian dinner. Ah, yes... pillow selection!

I came late down for breakfast so it may not be applicable, but what was tasted great, and a large selection of cakes. The restaurant only serves evening meals, but this they do in a great, Italian way! Beware of the Ratatouilles which was overly salted. Their burger was a great surprise

We stayed overnight at Hotel Ovest and we are know considering visiting again for a longer period of time!! Several things to remember, the intuitiveness of the check-in, the size of the room (amazing), the comfortable beds, the rich breakfast and of course the covered parking space. One of the best hotels we visited lately.....

We booked the room on the day and it exceeded our expectation, although it could be updated a bit, it was extremely clean and comfortable and offered everything.. the Breakfast was lovely and all staff were all welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to help.

Room could be updated but not really bad.

Very friendly reception staff, very comfortable room, very spacious bathroom, with screen and window, very close to the pizzeria area, and with a closed garage for the motorcycle

The lighting in the room was poor, there is little light
