Link124 Hotel

The Link124 is a large, spacious, modern hotel, fairly minimalist in design, on the outskirts of town. There's plenty of parking and dogs are welcome. There's a Michelin-starred restaurant on the same campus, closed in August but in any case, from a glance at the menu, overpriced for one star. But the city centre is an easy drive away - almost a straight line, with indoor parking by the river. Breakfast is average. But the room rate of 81 euros for two, including breakfast, was a bargain for the time of year, maybe because in August, business travellers, who I guess are its main clientele, are on holiday.

As other have noted, the hotel is impersonal in feel: large spaces, few staff.

Breakfast was great and the hotel is clean, modern and comfortable with great beds and shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommending restaurants and getting us a taxi to dinner.

Since we had only one night in Parma, I might have liked to have been a little closer to the city center so I could have explored it more, but that’s my fault, not the hotels — I tried to drive into town but with the limited traffic zones I couldn’t find any place to park and leave my car — should have just taken a taxi as we did for dinner.

Good location near highway connection and a shopping center. Good breakfast buffet.

Breakfast is OK, but personal serving at breakfast could be educated to greet the entering guests....a small gesture which doesn't cost nothing. If you turn the heating off and keep the room cold during the night, an additional blanket would be helpful.

Hotel very clean, breakfast very good, bistro very good. Room was excellent. Bathroom excellent. Good Wi-Fi connection. Large car park and hotel close to motorway.

The fact the bistro is not open every night. Bed mattress was a bit hard for my liking. No tea/coffee making facilities in room.

All good the opening hours for the spa. Losing at 6pm It is too early…. Think about this scenario : You can come back from a day of work after a long day, or after a long drive. you expect a moment from you, don’t you ?

 very clean, excellent staff and service, plenty of parking, one star Michelin restaurant in same area and the bistro in the hotel serves well priced and tasty food.

Breakfast could have been a little better. Bathroom amenities need to be better quality.

Mattress was comfy. Nice shower. Breakfast was ok. Good Salami and cheese. Staff was nice. Free parking is great

I woke up fully bitten by some insect, probably bedbugs. Not mosquitoes for sure, not same bite. So probably last person lodged brought them, or they were already there... I can't tell. About breakfast: Coffe cups were gone. Only one machine juice (good though). Not much variety of food.

The comfortable room,the bed was gorgeous!! Very nice decorated room ,modern and nice wc

The staff was inappropriate in the breakfast room… Lack of food,cold eggs ,bacon and sausages and unfortunately there was no bread for than a quarter of hour!!! Additionally,during afternoon early night there was nobody for 10 minutes in the reception!!

Brand new and modern hotel, conveniently situated 2 minutes drive from/to the highway and 10 minutes from/to the city historical centre. Free and secured parking in the hotel's basement. Room modern and comfortable with safe and fridge, good size bathroom. Good buffet at breakfast. The place was perfect for a one night stop between the South and the North of Italy.

Due to Covid situation, hotel's bar and restaurant were closed but we had the information before booking the room, so it's fine

Location is good if you need to go to the fiera by car, far from the center though

No coffee/tea available in the room. Issues with internet, apparently their network is not compatible with company imaged laptop.. Breakfast seemed to display pastries from previous days, it didnt feel fresh
