Albergo Natucci

The breakfast was varied and plentiful. Pastries, bread, croissants and various meats and cheeses. Plus fresh fruit . The manager, Vincenzo, was very helpful and available for advice. He used his Google translate to communicate with us … sometimes with strange results!

Booking.com did not advise that the restaurant was closed for the season and that was a good draw for guests. However there were many restaurants close by.

Location: really central. Across the hotel is a small bar that does cheap lunches. And everything else is a within a 10 minute walk. Breakfast: Breakfast was a selection of cereal, yogurts, fruit, cake, cold meats, cheeses, breads and more. When I told the host that I was vegetarian, they made sure to make me a little salad everyday as I wasn't getting any meats, which I thought was really sweet. Wifi: Wifi was really good for making video calls and such. The real highlight though, is the hospitality of the hosts. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

It's an older hotel, so some of the facilities aren't new, but that's all part of the charm.

The location is perfect, near the city center and a lot of restaurants and a park. The hosts are extremely nice and helpful. Informed us about all the nice things we could see and visit with our son (12 years old). We felt like we were visiting friends. The room was a little bit noisy, but we understood since it´s so centric and we also had air conditioning in the room so that we could close the window, so it didn´t matter to us. Breakfast has everything from sweet cakes to salads, boiled eggs, etc. You can seat outside and enjoy your breakfast in the shadow. There are a lot of places you can visit nearby, we went to the beach, Pisa and Lucca, all worth visiting, but we loved Lucca and the beach of Viareggio, but not the ones you have to pay for, but a beach that are free (spiaggia libera) near to Marina di Torre del Lago Puccini. You can find this at google maps. We would like to come again because we enjoyed not only the city but also the friendly hosts, who were always looking for ways to make us feel at home.

We would have liked a small refrigerator in the room or maybe a water heater to make some tea/instant coffee, but on the other hand, there are so many cafés nearby that there is practically no need for them.

Amazing service from Vincenzo and the staff, we were welcomed at the pre-arranged late check in and explained thoroughly services available. Had a great breakfast and really appreciated the attention to details.

Vincenzo and Maria are excellent hosts. We had a wonderful time; the room was very comfortable and clean. After the day's roadtrip, we enjoyed sipping local wines on the walkway in front of the hotel. Maria serves a terrific breakfast with homemade salads and cakes. Albergo Natucci is located in the middle of Montecatini with easy walking everywhere. There is ample free parking two blocks from the hotel. Great place to stay for day trip to Pisa, Lucca and Viareggio.

Everything was better than we could have hoped. The owners could not have been nicer or more helpful.Overall a lovely 5 days and would recommend to others.

I enjoyed staying at this place. Very good location, very nice and helpful hosts, husband and wife. It was always a pleasure to see them. Tasty breakfast with delicious pies.

The host is wonderful and hospitable. He's always there to welcome you and to help you. Location is great.

The beds and pillows are not very comfortable.
