A nice modern b&b off the beaten track in the coutryside with a fair bit of charm .Staff was just exceptional and helped us navigate the area etc .We loved the pool area and the room design .Everything was spotless clean with daily house keeping .Breakfest was a good but a little dull but all the essentials were there so cant complain.All in all a perfect base for exploring the beutiful region.

We only found one minus which caused us and the kids some lost sleeptime.The resteurant hosts events and those it seems can quiet loud with boom boom boom music which really annoyed us:) They finally stoped at 12 so theortically early but if you have small kids or you are a early bird i would avoid on weekends cuz i think this is when it gets loud.I would also add a playground and maybe extend the grounds a bit.

Lovely helpful people, easy EV charging and a killer location at this price point. The staff was also more than happy to help me figure out my late check-in, which I appreciated a lot. This was a fantastic point to visit Venice from, you just drive to the nearby train station and have an easy, cheap, often-running train right into Venice. Besides that, the breakfast was nice, it was super quiet, and the restaurant is a great option for dinner.

I got assigned an accessible room, which wasn't necessary. No major issues, but as a tall person the lowered sink was a little strange to use.

the room (3 person room occupied by 2) was extremely comfortable., well designed and great facilities. the terrace with swimming pool was a joy. the restaurant had some really good and well prepared food, closed on Monday’s, but enough alternatives to dine nearby. excellent location to make a day trip to Venice. drive your car 10 minutes to the railway station of Maerne di Martelago. Ample free parking and take the train to Venice Santa Lucia in 20 minutes. the staff extremely friendly and helpfull.

I booked this place to propose to my partner. From the very initial booking, the receptionists have been very helpful, helping me arrange a romantic room filled with rose petals and a bottle of champagne on ice ready on arrival. The atmosphere was beautiful, service was excellent, food was delicious, amazing location, romantic and discreet. We felt the real Venezian Vibe and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool area was so lovely to lounge around during the mini heatwave with Aperol Spritz on tap! Highly Recommend and I want to personally thank all the staff especially the manager/owner for looking after me and my fiancé during our stay. Baby showers/weddings/proposals/birthday dinners, even the set up for events they do is BEAUTIFUL!! I will forever boast about this place to all my family and friends. I will be back soon! The room was ('Superior Double Room') indeed superior to others we stayed in (11 adresses in 16 days), but due to isolated location forced to eat in their fine dining restaurant.

The breakfast was a bit sparse, but when we were done I think I heard someone ask for eggs, which we were not offered. It was also rather warm right under the roof, even at 09:00.

Breakfast was lovely, there was a wide selection of food. The staff were absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating. Rooms were very clean and loved the homeliness feel to the hotel. The pool was the best bit.

Just the location was a bit far so best to get a car though the staff were very helpful with this so not to fret.

Nice garden to enjoy in the evening, friendly personnel gave us some get-around tips. Train station Mira-Mirano with free parking quite close, from there we took the train to Venice (convenient, however more experience than from Mestre). For breakfast we enjoyed freshly cooked scrambled eggs on top to the cold Buffett.

Very good location near Venice, building, room and facility with a special design and quality materials. Extremely welcoming hosts, friendly and always ready to help you with advice or make your stay very pleasant. Very clean, quiet and refreshing. We will definitely come back

very nice for a romantic getaway or family visit, super close to the airport and venice, free parking, rustic look, good price, great restaurant, good breakfast. we checked in late so loved the receptionist (the cat). family room was good size, sofa bed good for two small children.

the bathroom is a little dated, but clean.
