voco Milan-Fiere, an IHG Hotel

Very clean, genuine 4 star hotel. Very friendly staff with spotless rooms. The pool table and pinball games in the bar area are a good touch.

The open, in room glass shower is a little off putting. Traveled with my teenage son who found it quite embarrassing. The location is a problem as its nowhere near Milan central and around a 45 minute walk to any Metro or mainline train stations. However once at the Metro its quite straight forward to get into Milan and quite reasonably priced. Reception will call a cab for you and they are quite prompt. However the meter starts when they get the call so if they are a little way away, you will find the meter already has 5 - 10 euros on it.

I recomend voco Milan to everyone who wants to go to Milan for vacation couple of days or business it doesn't matter its Super Hotel i m very satisfied i very enjoyed it my children to.The Hotel stuff was very pleasant kind and helpful.Location is Super Right after highway exit its few kilometres away from City Center but you have near the Hotel the railway or tram ,2 euro ATM 30 min and you are in centre just leave your car in the huge garage that voco offers and enjoy the sightseeing with 1 or 12 tram which goes girect to the beautiful Dome in Milan centre you have Metro to you have super transfer connections everywhere in Milan.You can go to San siro Stadium The Dome or Alfa Museum sipmply everywhere.The Breakfast the voco offers everyday its just Perfect 👌 And Enough to eat how much you want.The Swimmingpool was Small but Super and Both sauna and fitness to.The restaurant food was very delicious to.I just simply Recommend this Hotel to everyone and Thank you voco you are beautiful 👍See you next time again for sure 😘

The hotel is modern and spacious. The breakfast variety was good and it was tasty. The personnel are very helpful and kind.

It is quite far from the city centre. The corridors were not so clean.

What a wonderful reception we received in your Hotel! You all treated us with the utmost kindness and understanding. I loved the design of the hotel. such a modern hotel with a cozy feeling. we liked the bed and how comfortable it was. I really liked the complimentary bottles of water on a daily basis. breakfast was quite varied, and they also took orders for coffee which was perfect!

I did not like that we had to wait for the elevators. only 3 lifts for so many rooms! there was always someone complaining for being late. we had to pay for the parking even though the bars were wide open and everyone could come and go as they wished. it would be really helpful if they installed a magnifying mirror and some more hangers for towels in the bathroom. we tried to charge some drinks and a toast on our room account and it was not possible! we had to go up on the 15th floor and then down again just to pay them. that was not nice especially when we still had 2 more days so it was their loss as we did not order anything else.

It’s a great hotel, i’m surprised it doesn’t have 5 stars.. breakfast was excellent, a lot of things to choose from. It has gym, pool, billiard table. The staff were very nice and friendly. Rooms were kept clean every day, towels were replaced also daily. You get free water, coffee, tea in your room.

The location is not good, if you want to take a metro, you’ll need to go to the metro station via bus. However there is a direct tram line to the center which takes more time. To get to the center, you need about 1 hour with public transport. There are semi-transparent showers which is a terrible thing if you’re not there with your significant other.. we had to leave the room when the other one was taking a shower.

The building is charming. The staff was always nice and welcoming. Everything was mostly very clean. The bed was really comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast was also really good. The room was huge and had good quality amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner). You also have a good-sized wardrobe, iron, and a hairdryer. There was also a big TV. The shower concept, somewhat like in the middle of the room was also very interesting, although a bit intimate (which shouldn't be a problem if you're as a couple or even intimate friends). I thank you for continuing to make your guests feel welcome and for valuing great hospitality. That makes the whole difference.

The location was the most dissatisfying aspect. If you don't have a car, it is really time-consuming and stressful to get to the main touristic attractions. The station nearby (Certosa) was scary, and the trains were not good. The tram option worked more or less, but it takes ages to reach for instance the Duomo and the city center. Even worse if there's a strike. The toilet inside at least our room was also disappointing with the door that doesn't have a proper locker. It can be very unpleasant to have a toilet where the door keeps running back, since it doesn't close firmly. I strongly encourage the management to review this and make sure that all the toilet doors in the rooms can be properly closed.

The hotel is modern and clean. Nice pool and cozy fitness center. The rooms are modern and corresponding to 2022, so they go with the times. The breakfast was great and also the parking in the garage. The overall impression is that we highly recommend the hotel and we would definitely come back here when visiting Milan 😉

The only thing that bothered us was that there were no bathrobes in the room. We had to get dressed in the changing room by the pool and change there and the pool to the room again the same. If this hotel changes, it will be the best of the best 😉

This hotel was excellent , modern , stylish and really good value for money. I was put off booking the hotel when I read people's reviews about the location with most saying you needed a car. However there is a tram stop literally 2 min walk from the hotel. . There is a subway facing hotel and the pedestrian path underneath it takes 2 min walk and you come out other end at tram stop. Number 12 takes you straight into Milan city centre (certosa) in about 30mins. You can purchase a Milan metro card online and scan when inside tram. So glad I booked hotel even though I was unable to get car. As we didn't need one anyway. Excellent selection at breakfast and the spa is perfect after a long day walking around Milan. You can watch the sunset on one of the loungers following time in steam room , sauna, plunge pool and swimming pool. Would definitely stay here again. Coffee , tea , hot chocolate and water in room is nice to come back too. Room also cleaned for our return. I was considering booking Radisson blu as they are normally good standard of hotel but was more impressed with the design of Vocco online so went with it. Glad I did as we passed Radisson Blu when on tram and it was not in a nice area! Definitely recommend Vocco for a high standard of hotel for a great price.

Very modern, quiet, fancy hotel. Nice food at the restaurant. Approx 25 minutes by Uber from the Train Station. Friendly stuff, swimming pool area and sauna. sci-if atmosphere.

The doors to our toilet wasn’t closing properly, in the swimming pool area the doors in the dress room wasn’t working, they were damaged. Not every fountain was working and the dry sauna was also off. It was quite laud, swimming pool is small and there were plenty of kid’s playing in the water. The elevators were sooo advanced (Scanning code from your room card and automatically choosing the elevator and the floor) That sometimes it was taking soo much time to wait for the one.
