Sheraton Diana Majestic

The location is perfect within a short reach to the city center, with a range of non-touristy places to eat. The hotel has an old charm but everything is modern and functional. Breakfast is good, and the bar is even better. There is a valet parking on site for 35 eur per day. The staff was exceptionally good

As the hotel is in the very center, it was very noisy even during the night. Having more soundproof windows would have made the place just perfect. Also would not mind a kettle or a coffee machine in the room

Located just on the outskirts of downtown, within a 15 minute walk you'd be in the heart of Milan and find yourself surrounded by all the major tourist attractions. The rooms were very nice and the bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed some appetizers and drinks at the restaurant, all of which were fantastic. The staff were particularly helpful when my luggage was lost in route to Milan. They recommended shops I could find some work-appropriate attire within a short walk. Then, I shared a copy of my baggage claim information with the front desk, so that when it arrived at the hotel they immediately delivered it directly to my room. Their assistance was greatly appreciated!

I felt a little disappointed that so little information was available from staff regarding what was available for breakfast. No menu offered though I saw guests with menus one day. The first day we were not offered any options other than the buffet, though some other days were asked if we wanted eggs, waffles, pancakes.

a little run down, no coffee machines in the room, below average toiletries. A lot of noise from the street (no soundproof windows). cleaning was not the best. on the pricy end for what it is. Would expect a bit more from Sheraton

Everything about the building and location of the hotel was wonderful. The Interiors are beautifully designed and the quality of each piece was great, the styling was very authentic with a perfect lean into modern design. The staff throughout were amazing and really genuine. Our Suite was exactly what we’d hoped for. This is the perfect area to stay in Milan too- a great neighbourhood. We will be back and have recommended it too!

Good location. Beautiful neighbourhood but close to many restaurants and shops. Friendly hotel staff. Beautiful patio, which is worth a visit.

If the budget allows, go for "garden view" rooms, as "city view" rooms can be noisy with cars, trams, constructions, etc. Bathroom can be better cleaned. Calc deposit, black molds were found at the bottom of the tabs, showers, handles, etc. They are not visible when standing (and I guess that's why it's not cleaned), but when taking a bath, it's very visible and that's not a nice experience.

Had switched off their air conditioning to save energy as it was cold outside so had to open the windows to let the cold air in at night.

I want to say many thanks to the staff but more for mr Francesco Because he gave me many information about the city and also elegant in dealing. I like the hotel because it’s so unique and luxury and I loved the hotel Because the building is a masterpiece😍😍😍

Little outdated rooms, could be refurbished At check-in, a lady receptionist did not inform us of the complimentry continental breakfast included in our room rate, which was a real pity:(
