Room, location, service.

It was a little bit noisy. My neighbors did not sleep till 3 a.m. The walls were too slim. I felt to be a particiapant on their party:).

The hotel is close to the central station. Very convenient. The staff was amazing. The room was clean. Not very big but clean and the bathroom was big compared to the size of the room. The showerhead was not great though. When you arrive you find chocolate on the bed with the welcome message. Very thoughtful. Breakfast was good enough. I would have appreciated some more variety in the vegetables. The gym was good. Overall everything was beyond my expectations.

They didn't refill the coffee in the room, but to be fair you have coffee in the hall for free. It would be good to have an espresso machine also in the breakfast room since I take more than one espresso in the morning and having to ask more than once the very nice staff of the restaurant was a bit annoying.

The ladies at reception were excellent! They were friendly and helpful. The location is very close to the train station and a metro stop, which is certainly convenient. There were lots of nice personal touches as well. We added a night on a separate reservation and were put in the same room both nights with an upgrade. The room was well outfitted and comfortable with a bathtub, which is so rare in Italy. On the second day, we returned to a nice note and a gift (a bag of pasta) with a note. There was coffee and tea in the room with both a Nespresso and a kettle. We also got 2 complimentary drinks from the bar.

The only small negative was one evening, the desk was staffed by 2 men and the contrast between the friendliness and warmth of the female staff versus male was stark. They barely looked up to acknowledge us.

The room was clean and pleasant, a little small and cramped, but for those who travel most of the day, it's fine. The shower and the bathroom - excellent, the cleanliness is at a high level. The breakfast was good, varied and everything was of high quality and fresh. The dining room is also cozy and intimate. The location is excellent, the hotel environment is pleasant, feels safe, excellent access to public transportation, good restaurants nearby, the hotel staff is very kind and friendly, the possibility of parking for the car was very convenient because we also traveled outside the city.

The hotel is clean and very close to Milan's central station. There is a lift at the reception desk, so you don't have to worry about carrying large luggage. The room was clean and had a shower with a bathtub. Large windows overlooking the street. The bed was also very comfortable. Breakfast is available for an additional charge.

There was a coffee machine at the entrance that was available free of charge depending on the time of day, but there was no explanation about it, so I did not notice it. There is air conditioning in the room, but it is a little hot because the airflow does not go near the bed.

The staff were very very accommodating they were very polite and punctual and smartly dressed, I was very impressed with how they treat us and welcomed us into the hotel, they were kind and everything you’d want from a hotel staff team.

The temperature of the hotel, it was incredibly hot to the point where it was discomfiting, everywhere in the hotel seemed to be incredibly warm like the heating hadn’t been turned off. I’d like to see more in terms of security presence, my partner didn’t feel particularly safe whilst staying in the hotel, we were looking out of our bedroom window at the evident drug misuse on the street below. As we walked back to the hotel one night some gentlemen were evidently injecting drugs just outside of the door of the hotel, a security presence to move the individuals along would have been welcomed.

Hotel is close to the train station. The staff were very friendly and always willing to give advice on where to go out for dinner. My room got upgraded for free and I've received some dry pasta as a gift which was really nice!

The rooms are not soundproof. In the morning there were either guests playing loud music, or it might have been the music from the breakfast.

Everything. From our preliminary discussions about pre-check-in to our arrival, hotel staff were super nice and attentive to our needs. We had breakfast option and it was absolutely delicious every morning. The location was super. The metro was a block away and everywhere we went the trains or trams always returned us to within a block of the hotel. The coffee machine in the lobby was a really nice touch and the coffee was delicious. If you want to stay in Milan, this is the hotel to stay at. We highly recommend and when we return to Milano, the Atlantic Hotel Milano is where we will stay.

Everything was perfect. On our last night we had noisy neighbors and that was the only thing we didn't like.

Hotel is close to Metro and Main Station, very clean and well designed room, also water was really great to have after the long trip and map to plan stay in Milan for the Weekend. Angelo at Reception is excellent Person and high professional in Customer Service! He provided greatly all necessary information for stay and helped with all the questions. Breakfast is very good too, we would stay definetely next tine in C-Hotel Atlantic, we enjoyed a lot!

The Breakfast staff have always been nice and wonderful. Especially the Smallish dark Man ,his been there for over 6 years and his good attitude has not changed🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

There was a lady in the reception that was not nice and saucey. I thought i forgot my book in d restroom and i came asking if they saw it or the cleaners. She spoke rudly and wasn't helpful. I felt really back because these is a hotel i have been staying for over 6 years. She needs to change her attitude towards customers. But apart from that all the Staff were friendly from the Reception desk to the breakfast room are excellent people.
