such a beautiful property in an excellent location (via a “secret” entrance-ask the hotel for directions before you arrive) which makes it 2 mins from town. amazing pool area, do ask for a ground floor room if you have a baby as we did (with a free upgrade).

only thing I’d advise would be asking for dishwashing equipment which will be provided and also bring mosquito plugs!

The property overall was more like what you would find at an expensive resort, but without the steep prices. The property ground was nicely kept with gardeners keeping things looking tidy. The room was very spacious with a kitchenette, a workstation, a sleeper sofa, a nicely sized bathroom, and even an outdoor patio with a small table and laundry drying rack. This property was above my expectations for the price of the stay.

Location is great! Very nice pool and the staff is very very friendly and helpful

The light in the living room is too bright, there is no option for low light after the baby sleeps in the room and we wanted to eat dinner in the living room. Also lack of very basic stuff in the kitchen like dish soap and sponge

Lovely Gardens and pool. Peaceful, whilst being close to town. Good breakfast cake!

Slightly thin walls, could occasionally hear activity in adjacent bathroom etc. Minor gripe really!

The rooms are excellent, very spacious, well equipped and generally very modern and including all comforts. Staff is very friendly and always trying to please customers. Breakfast is excellent though more on the sweet style. Position is optimal, easy walk from the main pier, so very little distance to do with suitcases; and few steps from the very center of Lipari. Definitively recommended, worth all the money

The pool could be improved

The location was fabulous, so close to the port yet set back from the road so it was so peaceful. The staff were so lovely and accommodating, they gave us access to our room earlier than the check out time and allowed us to use the pool facilities after checkout. I would most definitely recommend and stay there again.

Nothing provided to wash dishes, only one power point. Had to boil kettle on the floor where power point was located

Fantastic location, a three-minute walk from the port. Beyond convenient. Great value for money. Pool was nice. Breakfast simple but good. Best of all was Bartolina the cat! She lives on the property, has her own little house, and loves getting cuddles from the guests!

Lots of kids. This is not a place to chill out and relax by the pool; too many kids screaming.

The property is beautifully maintained and the service is wonderful. I would stay here again, the location to down town is also perfect.

Wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The space is incredible, quiet clean and beautiful. A very pleasant 5 days on this gem of an island!
