Grand Hotel Tiziano E Dei Congressi

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist that checked me out. The facilities were great although I would suggest advertising that a swimming cap must be worn to use the pool. Breakfast was tasty and a perfect start to the day. Room was comfortable and felt safe being a solo female traveller.

We arrived at 10.30 , check in was 14.30 but they gave us our room!!! The staff were very friendly, we were initially told that our room wasn’t ready which we understood but then a very nice gentleman had a look and said that our room was ready ! Amazing service .

It was close to the old town centre but on a hot 🥵 day it was a bit of a walk !

Location is brilliant - just across from the bus station, close to major road links, walking distance in to town. Huge room, enormous comfortable bed. Pool was great, big enough, well equipped. Breakfast was fantastic - really comprehensive and tasty. Good value for money.

It's been said before - it's a tad tired in it's decor.

Breakfast was amazing. Good location for walking to old Lecce. Swimming pool was a treat in the afternoon as weather was very hot.

When we arrived we had to change our room as it was not the upgrade we were told we would receive. The next room had floor boards that were lifting. Finally we received a beautiful room. Staff were very accommodating but all the changing was not necessary.

Excellent location. Close to bus terminal and old town. Room was spacious and staff were extremely friendly. Water with mint infusion was a welcoming bonus. Swimming pool was excellent

They didn't have a gym or a spa.

Breakfast is very good, a lot of choice - rooms should be updated (sanitary) - location; short to the centre and at overside of the hotel from the street, a big bus/coach place for other destinations (cities, airport Brindisi, etc...)

Great location and one of the largest rooms we stayed within Italy. Nice bathroom and shower, but wish they had a tray to hold soap and shampoo. Breakfast was very nice with multiple options. Very easy to get to and a short walk into the city center.

very dates hotel and room from the 1970's. Has never been remodeled or upgraded since it was opened, but otherwise comfortable

This hotel is very well run and the staff are highly understanding and professional. The breakfast is excellent with a varied choice and the rooms are in very good condition. The location of the hotel is very good being only a short walk to the historic centre.

Swimming pool area. Superior room much better than classic..

Sun bed collapsed.hurt my back and neck. Saw four other beds do the same. The white sun beds need changing. Apart from that lovely. Room very basic and small. Changed to larger room which was worth the extra money.

The breakfast included was very nice, the chocolate croissant was delicious! The staff were nice and helpful and the bed was comfy. We very much enjoyed our stay.
