Everything was magical. Location was amazing. Close to everything. The suites were palatial and everything was updated. The common balcony overlooking the large Plaza and the restaurants was beautiful. Hospitality was top notch. 10+ all around.

Beautiful property, excellent location, friendly and helpful staff.

Our first room faced onto a very busy and loud street. The noise level continued until 4 am and I was not able to sleep. The wonderful staff understood my issue and moved me to the most wonderful room imaginable. My advice: request a room that does not face the busy street below the hotel.

I loved everything about Dimora San Giuseppe. From the moment we arrived we felt so welcome and I knew we were in a special place. We stayed in a suite and it certainly had the wow factor! The room was very spacious with a beautiful high ceiling and stunning artwork. The bathroom was amazing with everything you needed. Our terrace opened out onto the street but when the shutters were closed you couldn’t hear a thing. It was lovely watching the world go by. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! There was a huge spread of local pastries, croissants, breads, fruit, yoghurt, juice, cold cuts and eggs or omelette. Eating this wonderful breakfast on the terrace was a little bit of heaven that I will always remember. It was heavenly sitting on the terrace in the evening also with the twinkling fairy lights. The location is perfect-very close to everything. The staff made our stay very special and I’m only sorry we were staying for just one night. But it was the perfect ending to our holiday in beautiful Puglia. Thank you All. I can’t wait to return.

This B&B is a great choice if you want to stay in Lecce: It has an extraordinary view above the city, very forthcoming and friendly staff and is located perfectly, just a few minutes from the beautiful architectural monuments and highlights of the city. Our room was small but beautiful, everything was clean and the interior really modern and stylish. Another highlight was the breakfast on the rooftop terrace. You get to choose from a nice little buffet of Italian delicacies and classics like scrambled egg and croissants. Bottom line is, this is the perfect place to enjoy your stay in Lecce!

The rooms right by the street might be a bit too noisy for sensitive people due to a bar on the opposite side of the street. But since the owners are aware of that they will most likely inform you which rooms are more suitable for people with light sleep and you will get to choose.

Lecce is beautiful apart from special historic buildings just a pleasure to wander. Dimora San Giuseppe is an easy walk from the station and for access by car. The property has lovely rooms en suite and a sun terrace where breakfast tables are set. A great private space to sunbathe and rest. Breakfasts a real pleasure with foods of superb quality. Aside from being helpful the hosts are just lovely.

We loved everything about the property particularly the wonderful outdoor terrace area for breakfasts and drinks / canapés in the evening.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff was great. The location couldn't be better.

The room was aptly described as a "spa", which I mistakenly thought referred to the hotel in general but not our room. As we were not really looking for a spa experience, the huge jacuzzi, while nice, unfortunately leant an unwanted chlorine smell to the room. The bed is reached by a relatively steep staircase, which may be problematic for someone who needs to use the bathroom during the night. The room was a bit dark, and the chairs one might want to relax on were really massage recovery lounges.

Beautiful location in a beautiful city. The outside deck looking over Piazza Vittorio Emanuale was incredible, we stayed up just to "people watch" for hours while playing cards and enjoying the night air. Very helpful staff; great breakfasts of local fruits (even loquats one AM!) and nice meat and cheese trays, very respectful of our privacy. The hot tub in the large room we obtained was not really useable as there is never enough hot water (anywhere in in Europe) to fill these things, but the interior of our suite was spectacular. Could prob fit two medium-sized kids in the upstairs loft, by the way. We parked on the street about 500 m away on the street, got a 40 euro ticket but cheaper than parking anywhere else in Italy. Enjoyed our visit immensely.

Breakfast served on roof terrace was wonderful - fresh fruit -fabulous coffee, delicious pastries... location just down from the square perfect...several really good. restaurants right there....ruins very close & Duomo 10 minute walk...

parking is a problem... B&B doesn't have it & street parking is very tight/ lots of restrictions...If you find overnight street parking close great...we couldn't especially after 4pm.... found out later there is parking APP. for spaces/garages....Lecce is very walkable- but getting suitcases to hotel is a issue...phone host for bag drop & walk back...our host was helpful

Located in old town next to restaurants and easy to walk everywhere. The staff especially Simona were absolutely fantastic with their service and advice. The rooms are huge and bathroom is Wow! Definitely the place to stay at in Lecce in a beautiful building.
