The B&B was perfect. We rent the entire space for a family of 4 and worked perfectly well. The apartment is big, rooms have a great size, kitchen is very spacious and all the appliances are new. Living and dining areas are more than big enough to receive a family up to 6. The host was really very nice with us and the breakfast's options and amenities were awesome. If you head to Grotta, this is the place to be. 100% recomendable. I will be rent same place if I come back to Grotta, no doubt!

Fabiola helped us greatly by picking us up from train station, then showing us our comfortable rooms! The 3 of us had one apartment area with 2 separate bedrooms with access to balcony and private bathroom. The facilities in main kitchen and bathroom were modern and high quality. Decorations throughout were stylish yet comfortable. Hard to believe the relaxing areas of Grottaferrata and Frascati were so close to Rome. Definitely a nice change from hustle, bustle of Rome and Napoli. We would have enjoyed another night. Very close by bar/restaurant was fabulous as well.
No suggestions here.
