The property had convenient adjacent parking available in the street. The room was modern looking although small. The restaurant below was closed and there was only one other place open. The homemade pastry was good in the morning with a cappuccino. The breakfast room was lovely.
It was functional and for one night was fine. It was quiet and there was easy access to the highway. There was a spent lightbulb in the bathroom making it somewhat dark and there was a persistent unpleasant odor in the bathroom and we had to keep the door closed to be able to sleep.

The accommodation was very modern and tasteful, close to the beach and restaurants, the variety of breakfast provided each morning was more than expected with more options available than any other place we stayed in, the staff are number one and can not do enough for you, always happy smiley faces
There is nothing that we didn’t like about this property, it was wonderful, and can’t wait to stay here again

It was in a great location, close to the beach and city centre. The staff were amazing and helpful. They offered to drop us wherever we needed as we did not have a car. Breakfast was lovely on the sunny deck with both home made sweet and savoury options. Thanks so much!

The couple that owned the place was super kind and welcoming. The place was clean and the bed was really comfortable, probably the most comfortable one I’ve experienced. The location was also really good, only 11 min walk to the train station and 5 min walk to the sea/beach. The breakfast was also really good! You got everything you needed and more!

Wonderful place! I mange few properties in Rome and I have a very high standards when it comes to b&b / hotels. This place was beyond my expectations. Extremely friendly staff, exceptional cleanliness and very nice breakfast in the terrace. The whole building is very new and it has a very cute decor. Definitely recommend :)
