Hotel Up Wellness & Spa

The Hotel location is perfect, very easy walking distance from the train station and rental car places right around the corner. Plenty of restaurants choices near by. The breakfast was plenty and fresh eggs made to order available. The hotel has a SPA in case you need some relaxing time before continuing on your trip. Everyone in the staff was very polite and had excellent customer services skill.

The only reason why I did not give a 10 is because the wifi and internet service is terrible. For the 2 nights we were there it would not work. We had to find other ways to do use our phones and tablets. "Business travelers be aware, this could be a major problem for those depending on WIFI from the hotel.

The hotel itself was nice. Clean room and bed linen, towels. The room was cleaned every day. Great breakfast, it was the same every day, but we stayed 3 days and there were enough options to be fine with it. Nice and pleasant staff, especially ladies in the restaurant - big thanks to them.

As I mentioned, the hotel was great, but Foggia itself wasn’t the best choice to stay during a vacation🙂 My mistake, I didn’t make a deep research before the trip. First, the gentleman on a reception told that it was absolutely unsafe to leave a car outside. So we had to walk around 250 m to a parking with surveillance, which cost us around 20 euros per night, as we tried to escape the town during the day. I’m actually not from a safest place on a planet right now, but this town made a really bad impression on me - dirty streets, weird people in the streets. In the evening we could not find any restaurant to eat! Everything was closed, just some small and dirty(again) pubs were open. To be fair, we didn’t have any incidents, but we just wsisted 3 days.

Breakfast was good - Elena, in dining room, was so helpful, always cheerful and willing to fulfil any guests requests. She is an asset to the Company. One of the bedroom staff was very nice also, but i don’t know her name.

There was a lot of wall space either side of tv, in bedroom. As there were only 2 hangers per person in wardrobe, it would be a good idea to put a set of hooks either side of tv. Room size was ‘compact’.

The room was clean and very nicely decorated. The bathroom was spacious and we really enjoyed the rainfall shower. The bed was very comfortable. We easily found parking on the street outside the hotel for a small fee. The hotel was conveniently located within short walking distance to the old town. The breakfast was delicious and abundant.

Impeccable quality and clean. Central location close to park and shopping streets. Great staff and super strong coffee.

Shower is dangerously slippery for handicapped people and spills water all over the bathroom. Parking is 350m away and when we tried to leave we couldn’t because the gate was broken.

We only stayed one night in this hotel as catching early train the next day. Lovely comfortable hotel with friendly, helpful staff. spotless room, comfortable beds. wifi worked well in the room. Great breakfast in a very nice breakfast room. Easy walk of 10-15 mins to train station.

It was all good.

Everything as expected, clean and comfortable. I’ve also forgot my AirPods and the day after, when I’ve realized it, I’ve messaged the hotel and they replied back that they had them and so I got them back.

The receptionist seemed a bit nervous for the late check in but in general it was a quick and smooth experience. So not really a complaint here, just a note.

Girl at reception nice at the beginning but when we left we asked her help to make some people move a truck that was blocking the front door so we could load the car and the girl didd not care and kept talking on the phone…

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. No problem taking my bike to the room with me. An excellent breakfast

I would have preferred a door to keep water in the shower instead of the very expensive looking multi outlet shower system 8

Friendly, competent staff. Very clean and well organised facilities. Everything worked perfectly. Very nice and well cooled rooms! We will definitely return!
