the accommodation was great, unfortunately we never tried the continental breakfast as we were asleep at the time. the parking lot is private within the accommodation, which is not extra chargeable. you don't need accommodation in the center at all, this accommodation is 3 km from the center and at a very reasonable price.

Very high tech facility. It felt very secure. The shower was great. Bed was fine.
We never saw any kind of staff or reception. Everything was done with door codes and over text. I don't use Whatsapp so that made it more difficult to get my id (passport) to them.

Staff were very helpful, even though I spoke no Italian. Room was clean, and bed was comfy. Bathroom excellent Bus stop near the hotel, but see below
I hadn't done my research, and this hotel was a long way outside Ferrara, and there was only 2 buses into the city in the morning, and one in the afternoon. So best have your own car to get into the city and to get food, as when I was there the Pizzeria and bar weren't open. Seemed like I was the only guest But this isn't the fault of the hotel, just for info of anyone booking Bus stop is only 2 minutes walk from the hotel, so that's a positive

Hotel's restaurant is very good pleace for dinner. We really like it. Hotel was very clean.the employees were very concerned and friendly and helpful.
There was no minibar in the rooms. There were no slippers, they said they never put them in the rooms when we asked for them. I think they should have slippers in the rooms.
