B&B Hotel Faenza

Clean, modern, automated check in system for people arriving late. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, very good value. Very close to the motorway, making for an easy stop over.

The car park was full by the time we arrived, so it took a while to find somewhere to park. For this tired, tall traveller, I couldn't get the automated check in scanner to work because I'd completely missed that is was under the screen, rather obscured for tall people. It looks like you should scan your ID using the screen, but no, there's a scanner hiding below. The remote reception staff were very helpful and soon had everything sorted out.

I had the chance to stay at the B&B Faenza for a couple of Days. I really enjoyed my stay there. The breakfast was good hearthy. The only thing to know is that you need to inform the reception about your preferences like if you prefer a sweet breakfast or a savory breakfast. As you may know, the Hôtel is located at nearly 5 Km from the train station and if you are alone and you want to move or visit you need a car or a taxi.

Firstly, the reception staff, Andrea & Roberto (?), are a great advert for the hotel. They are extremely friendly, helpful & cheerful. The hotel is just minutes from the autostrada but the rooms are quiet, a good size and comfortable. It is also very dog friendly.

Location excellent for stopover on autostrada and close to centre of Faenza. Good price/value for money Clean and comfortable

Curtains damaged need replacing in room 219 Noisy children running around and shouting in corridors until late and early morning. Not the fault of hotel but should ask supervisors of groups of children to respect other guests.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and was able to commute to other cities like Venice, Bologna and San Marino easily without issues. The staffs were also very friendly and helpful.

Location: exceptionally close to the Highway cleanliness, room was spotless parking lot, conveniently located and big

Room could have been a touch bigger. Missing was a small fridge, in order to keep personal stuff cold

The ladies on reception were very helpful and extremely friendly. The room was a good size and clean & comdortable. Only a couple of minutes from the autostrada but very quiet.

I rested with my wife in this hotel. Everything was very good. Spacious and clean rooms. Comfortable bed and mattress. Roberta from reception is very friendly. Thank you! We were satisfied. This hotel became one of our favorites on the next trip.

Spacious, clean, modern comfort rooms at affordable prices. Pet friendly, no fuss chain where you know what you get wherever you stay.

Proximity to highway might be off-putting to some people, but the double windows cut out any noise.
