- Very kind desk service and female waitressess - Hassle-free check in and check out - Room size - big, free parking area
- Breakfast quality. After long stay one can realise, cham and cheese, for example, are put out all the time the same, after a while not to fresh any longer. - It was a second time when we were requested to move from the dining area to some small coffee-like space. - Despite offering a kettle in the room, only few welcome-bags of tea are presented and are not refreshed later. - Unfortunately they have "paper walls" so you can hear loud and clear discussions of your neighbours, TV at night etc. - Constant WiFi issues.

The location: far from everything's, region not touristic. Sttaf: bad communication because of language, they don't speak English at least. Difficulties to reach wifi. Old decoration in the suites. Seconde time i stay in this hotel chain. to avoid sincerely, to leave as a last option!! Poor breakfast (disgusting anana)....

The service at the restaurant at breakfast was horrible. The front desk person in the morning of departure, was abscent for a long period, then when he came, he was very unfriendly, tried to charge us for dinner in the restaurant that we did not have, and finally he warned us that the ramp going down to the parking with our heavy suitcases, is steep and slippery, but he did not bother to offer a hand to an old couple of 78 years old. A shame to this hotel management.

Air conditioner was damage. The staff changed my room but It was imposible to sleep with such hot temperature. Even when the hotel was Ok the breakfast good and the beds were comfortable, I couldn't sleep and the hotel lose its purpose if you can't rest.
