Hotel Terme Capasso

The staff was friendly, extremely courteous and made us feel welcome every day. They went out if their way to ensure our needs were met. The pool was wonderful, the lunch service offered great variety at great prices. The hotel was extremely well kept and the cleanliness was exceptional.

Clearly defined guest and staff parking. The cleaning staff would knock on our door to inquire about whether we needed service and/or what time we would leave for the day so they could clean despite the "do not disturb" signs on our two rooms.

Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was nice.

sulfur smell is a little overwhelming when you first arrive but you get use to it after a a while. We stayed in the annex facing the road therefore we really did not smell it in our room. Staff was pleasant but dining room staff seem more interested in getting you finished and out in the morning. Don't go late as they don't seem to refill and little to eat at the end.

the pool area is nice, the small pool downstairs even better. Trying to keep the smell outside the room is challenging but it is OK as you need to live with it at a thermal springs in the region. The mattress in my room was too soft but after I complained the nice staff gave me another room and the mattress was just perfect.

try to avoid rooms facing the road. The road is busy but not too noisy... the bars in front are the problem if you are trying to relax. If you don't care about the noise well then you should probably ask for one of these rooms as you get away from the smell from the thermal spring. If you are looking to do some work or use the WIFI after 9PM there will be no internet connection at all....you will be completely offline until at least 2AM. This happened to be really bad as I needed to work online every night but wasn't able to do so...no internet at all!!! no cellphone signal, no WIFI, nothing...

Air conditioner in the newer wing where we were staying was not working - it was very hot and difficult to sleep. Staff did their best, gave us fans and were trying to rectify the issue. Outside of this, great stay and recommend this hotel.

The Thermae pool and the reception staff are the plus point of this place

Could be more clean and improve the poor maintenance, not enough staff for the Spa center. Check out is too early if you want to book any treatment and the should provide more items for the Thermae pool. The hot breakfast was incomplete with no eggs and alternative food, generally speaking was ok. It is an ok place for a short stay

Second time here and surely there will be the third one. I like the friendliness and availability of the staff to meet every request. The structure is clean and well maintained (not easy for a thermal facility). Many wonderful restaurants in the neighborhood.

The standard room we had this time in the annexed structure was unfortunately way too loud, I would suggest avoiding this kind of room for whom want to rest and take the room in the main structure.

Hotel is located within the Hills. Very nice location. Room was comfortable and staff were very friendly. There was a distinct smell from the pools but i believe it was from the therapautic properities of the pool. The pool was very relaxing after a long drive. Breakfast was good aswell, shame due to COVID you couldnt get up yourself to get breakfast as i had to bother the waiter. Since located within the hills, it is a bit off the highway but overall id give it a 10/10

Amazing thermal pool complex.

Not the hotel’s fault but we’d assumed the hotel pool was ordinary temperature not thermal. Made it difficult with teenagers in very hot weather.

We liked our stay so much that we extended for one more night. Great thermal waters experience. Lovely views from the room. Good shower.

We could hear the neighbors and cleaning ladies on the floor talking and cleaning...

The thermal pools were amazing! Well kept pool area with loungers & umbrella Was very quiet and totally relaxing Appreciated the bathrobe provided

Would have appreciated a towel for lounger Dinner on terrace would have been nicer than in Restaurant TV did not function
