Excellent breakfast. The pool and garden. Helpful staff. Clean and tidy room. Quiet hotel environment.

There is no shade in the hotel parking lot. There is only one towel hook in the bathroom. The pool water could be warmer. The menu of dishes in the hotel restaurant and their taste is rather average. For lunches and dinners, I recommend using the restaurants in the surrounding area. The beach in this area is dirty and the water is cloudy. We therefore did not go to the beach and spent most of our time at the pool.

This is what you expect from a 5 star hotel. The staff are so courteous and well trained. The breakfast is the best I have ever seen. the rooms are sumptuous and extremely comfortable. I was given an upgrade and the staff noticed it was my birthday and delivered a cake to my room which was truly scrumptious. The pool area is lovely as are the treatments in the spa. I try and come here once a year at least.

I personally would not pay the charge for the private beach, just stay by the pool. Also the car park charge had gone up from €15 daily to €25 which is a bit steep. Lastly and this is a minor niggle and it applies all over Europe: why is it such a struggle to get cold milk with my cup of tea? The breakfast staff should be trained in all the hot drinks preferences.

The hotel is stunning and finished to a very high standard, the room, bathroom, pool and facilities are all beautifully decorated. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and there is a large secure car park onsite if you are driving. Breakfast was plentiful with a variety of options including very tempting pastries and omelettes and crepes made to order. Great location within walking distance of the port with its restaurants and shops. We enjoyed lounging by the pool, with beds and towels provided and i had a very nice pedicure. The gym was well equipped, which is generally what my partner judges a hotel by and was pleased to be able to get a good workout. We look forward to returning again, but probably end of season so as to enjoy another fairly quiet and relaxing stay. One of the unexpected highlights was a classic char rally which stopped at the hotel, the staff did amazingly well considering the number for the banquet and still had time for the guests.

We stayed at the end of the season and found that some of the water jets in the pool were not working. Our room was stunning as was the bathroom, the only small point to note were that the shower screen doors didn’t quite join which lead to water on the floor, however, the towels were changed regularly and so this didn’t cause us a great issue. The only other issue was plug adaptors but there was a shop just down the road with plenty of adaptors for the round EU plugs to the 3 straight pin EU plugs - it would have been nice had these been available from reception as we’ve found at other 5 star hotels in Italy.

The Staff, big clean room and very comfortable bed. Great restaurant at the beach, very good food and service. I recommend Friday’s fish market at night.

The shower could use new caulking and more cleaning in the corners, there’s some mold. The faucet was missing a part and had a leak. I told the ladies at check out and they took notice and thanked me for the feedback. Many guests were coughing at the pool but that’s not the hotels fault. Maybe asking for a negative rapid test from all guests would be good - I did the tests for the whole family before coming to Cesenatico from Verona but nobody asked for them. I know I would feel safer. Also, I was not aware that as a guest you need to pay to be at the beach (with beds and umbrella) and the charge depends on how close you are to the water. On a Saturday almost impossible to find a place to “park” at the pool. Other guests reserve spots and don’t show up until late - if at all.

Location. Friendly and helpful staff. Standard of room, balcony, electronic controls eg for shutters.The outdoor pool with loungers and towels. Did not use the spa.La Speggia beachside restaurant with hepful staff.Breakfast outside.

Menu pricing not on menus in restaurant at hotel. Rather overcrowded at breakfast when weather not suitable for outdoor dining. But staff helpful. Minor points.

Friendly and helpful staff , delicious food, service during breakfast perfect, very clean common areas.

Spent 5 days, 2 of them in bunker. No day lights. Came back from beach and found blinds closed in balcony. We asked staff to open, but it took 2 days. No one from staff apologised, looks that nothing happened . It’s very strange , management don’t teach guys in reception how to communicate with guests. This why our valuation is 9, in other case would be 10. Photos how we fixed blinds for 2 days, used .

The breakfast was incredible - such a wide variety available. As i was there for work i didn't manage to experience the spa or bar areas but what i did see from the outside was excellent.

I've had to really struggle to think of something that i didn't like. I guess if i had to pick one thing it would be that the sweets in the room were €5 for a small pot, but thats about it. :)

Location was excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Noisy due to proximity to local cafe bars playing loud music till 2 in the morning.

I liked the location of the property. The room was nice. The pool and pool bar facilities were very good. Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly
