Hotel Venezia Park

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made our check-in and check-out in a good manner. The facilities and room seemed clean, however many guests with families and small kids make it quickly a not so enjoyable experience. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning provided a pleasant environment after a long warm day. The bathroom was quite large and for our needs just fine. Bring your toothpaste and toothbrushes, and anything you need personally :) Towels provided should be more than enough. The breakfast was quite nice with a large selection of a morning buffet. Arrive early, or late, and avoid the chaos :) The pool is a nice touch and we certainly enjoyed it before families and kids flooded in. During daytime up until early evening, should be quite pleasant. In overall a positive experience, considering all the above.

The sound proofing is not the best in the rooms. One can clearly hear louder voices from next door, especially families discussing. And this hotel seems like a hotspot for families who go on to Gardaland, so there's no escaping from them. As mentioned in the positives, loud and chaotic families, if you are that "lucky". But this is not the Hotel's fault.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, small pool, nice yard and quite neighborhood.

The beds for children are small, but also a bit uncomfortable, because it was a modular beds. And every time the child sleeping on the top bed moved, I had the impression that the bed was unstable and would fall on the bottom bed, on which another child was sleeping. Next time for sure will not use the top bed. Or, it could be used for smaller kids, 3-4-5 years old.

Nice staff!! We really liked everybody working in this hotel: from the reception to bar and restaurant, the people were smiling and very kind helped and serve us. Delicious breakfast! Very confortable beds. Good value for the money, we payed very little for 2 nights and recieved more.

Beeing a location close to nature there are little bugs.

Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming as well as helpful with everything and great knowledge of things including activities around the area and laundry services. Close to Gardaland and Lake Garda.

Bathroom had an odour initially but not a major issue. Shower did not drain - however this was sorted ASAP when reported it.

Location was amazing, backyard is cute with grass and swimming pool.

Breakfast is more quantity less quality but you could find something you like for sure.

Really close to Gardaland park that was our main goal. Staff is nice and helpful, parking is large and rooms are clean. Breakfast is decent and the whole vibe is relaxed.

Shower head is fixed to the wall which makes it extremely difficult to properly shower and clean yourself.

Breakfast was lovely. Location was perfect since very near to Gardaland and yet away from the busy centre.

The bed and cushions could have been more comfortable but otherwise it was perfect for us.

Very close to Gardaland. Possibility to rent an e-bike in the hotel without any complications and no advance booking. Good price. Breakfast solid with a good choice. Nice staff speaking good English ( at least at the reception ).

The beds for children uncomfortable. They complained about. The swimming pool small and crowded.

the staff were very friendly, and there is a swimming pool available for use. the breakfast was also good and having a toastie machine was a great idea

the walk from the bus stop was down a dangerous road with no pavements and it would be good to know that beforehand as I would of got a taxi. the room was also very small

The rooms were a little smaller than I expected, it is more of a budget option. However, the overall value was good. Also, the pool was quite small.
