Big Room with seaside balcony, Good big walk inn shower, the room was next to the spacious terras where you could enjoy the sunset with a nice cocktail. There is a filled mini fridge that works. Tv with Streaming Netflix, prime and Disney. Small but good breakfast with real toast, fresh fruit and yogurt . Parking is 50 meters from the location and easy to find. good Base if you want to visit Pompei, Vesuvius or Almalfie Coast like Sorrento . one of the better hotels I've stayed in over the years of traveling. the best was the hospitality of the staff, very familiar ( not like other hotels where they don't even great you ) But for every question they tried to help out, thank you Emilia

one thing missing in the Bathroom was a make-up mirror :-) but that 's not a bad thing as im not wearing any :-)

La Chiaja art& relais hotel is an absolute jewel in Italy, it exceeded our expectations, it has only 5 rooms and you feel like you are part of a family, we never felt this welcome at a hotel. The location is very beautiful and you can admire mount Vesuvius and the sea from a spectacular terrace on top. The breakfast was delicious, croissants and the fig/arancia/lemon jams very something special. We came here by car rented in Napoli and it was around 40min drive to the hotel. The parking is nearby, perfect for our needs and free of charge for hotel guests. The rooms are newly designed, with everything you need and very spacious, you can hear the sea which is really nice. I cannot speak enough about the staff, Alessandra and Mariarosaria were really great, meeting all our needs, providing all the necessary details and making our stay delightful. They speak perfect English and think about everything in advance. The promenada is very beautiful and there are a lot of seafood/ fish specific restaurants. The distances from Castellamare to Pompeii, Sorrento, Amalfi coast are short and roads are great, it is a perfect location away from crowded areas. Hope we come back soon!

Everything was perfect

From reservation to check out this was a great experience. This is a small hotel located in a suburb of Naples convenient to the archeological sites and the Amalfi coast and about a half hour drive to the airport. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are large, modern and well-appointed. There is a terrace for relaxing and having breakfast with a panoramic view of the water. Best of all is the responsive and caring staff who will assist with dinner recommendations, etc. They speak excellent English. Parking is in a lot a two minute walk away. If you have a lot of bags you will want to drop them at the hotel before parking. Also you need to be able to walk up stairs. There are about 15 steps to the hotel lobby and another few steps to the rooms and terrace. Nothing strenuous, but not for those who cannot navigate stairs. There is a nice pedestrian walk along the bay, restaurants and shops in the town, as well as a Lidl a 10 minute walk away.

everything is so good, the cleanness & design of the room, very spacious is very good enough for us ( a small family with one children), the view of the open rooftop to having breakfast is prefect, facing the Mediterranean sea to having a breakfast is really really very enjoyable. the staff is very polite & helpful, especially the owner of the property will personally bring us from the carpark & helping us to take the luggage, he also recommend some good place to eat around that area ( take cable car to view the whole city & recommend us go to Positano, so appreciate it), thank you so much

The main entrance is a bit too small

wonderful stay - wish we could have stayed longer. small property - only 5 rooms. really felt at home. everything new and so clean! staff was warm and helpful with everything. excellent breakfast on enclosed roof terrace with great view of Bay of Naples. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel building used to be a mattress factory run by the property owners family. They still make mattresses at a different location and have a store nearby. They use their own mattresses in the hotel and are proud of their product.

small drawback was parking location on opposite side of building from entrance. no entrance to hotel from hotel parking. unloading baggage at hotel entrance was a challenge as front door is located in small alley and typical Italian drivers were not very patient when you had to load/unload luggage from your car. parking was in a small underground garage. overflow could park in gravel lot. both seemed safe. we had no security issues with our car. about a 5-10 minute walk from car to hotel entrance.

All! We had incredible stay here in La Chiaja. The staff is extremely helpful! Breakfast was exeptional and rich with some not sweet options,which we loved. The rooftarace is perfect for relaxation- view is stunning. The jacuzzi is a nice feature as well. Our room was very spacious, clean and had all amenities you may need- kettle, comfortable bed, Smart TV with Netflix and AC. We asked for earlier check-in and our request was accepted. Probably the best experience of this trip to Italy.

beautiful room with an amazing bathroom, the shower was next level! walk in with 3 showers in! breakfast was a help yourself buffet which was beautiful Alessandro was super helpful and went beyond her job to make sure we arrived from our 1st hotel to this one and then on leaving she made sure we got to the next one ok. One day we got a taxi and we couldn’t understand the driver so we phoned Alessandro who spoke to him, paid the €60 for us and let us pay when we returned!

Breakfast was sufficient. Alessandra & Mariarosaria are amazing hostesses. Alessandra handled every inquiry from where to find trains, ports, banks, best restaurants, etc. She really went above and beyond. Mariarosaria was also very accommodating

Taxi driver was a bit confused. Though specific instructions were provided by the property and guest (which driver responded “OK”) driver initially took us to the wrong location. As a result, we missed our flight, subjecting us to another $545 airline ticket.

The location was perfect, slap bang in the middle of everything, for a week packed full of adventure and exploring, the bed was super comfy, and room was very modern and stylish.

If I had to pick one thing that I wasn’t too keen on, was the size of the television compared to the room. the tv could do with updating. I don’t really mind that much as we were too busy exploring the surrounding areas and enjoying New Year’s Eve!

Super hotel and staff. A small boutique hotel, with fantastic rooms. Super comfortable beds. Lovely breakfast. Very clean. The communal seating area and balcony area are perfect for sitting and looking at the coast. There were not many other guests, so we were able to enjoy those spaces. Underground parking provided.

Traffic very busy in the local town - that actually made the hotel feel like a little oasis in a very busy area. The rooms were quiet, so no issues here.
