Hotel Piazza Marconi

Wonderful staff: friendly, welcoming and helpful. Catered for food intolerance. Very spacious room and bathroom. Excellent central location. Large balcony with table and chairs.....great for taking the early morning sun before it became too hot.

Very flat pillows, one per person and only one spare in room, which didn't matter as I was a solo traveller. This was the only downside, but I'd seriously replace the pillows!

Perfect place for an overnight stop while making our way through Italy. Its in a good location, parking is easy, there are good places to eat nearby. Room was fantastic value and breakfast was adequate. Staff friendly and helpful. If you need a place to stay for a stop over that doesn't cost much and is clean safe and friendly this is it. We thought it was too cheap to be any good. We were wrong.

Nothing to dislike.

The room was a good size and there’s a lift to it. Would have liked a second pillow as there was only one thin pillow. The shower was good too. Breakfast was a typical continental. A proper coffee is available at breakfast. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

An extra pillow would be good! And proper glassware instead of plastic would be appreciated by everyone.

The staff were very helpful and directed us to a good, inexpensive trattoria nearby for an excellent meal. Room was adequate for our overnight stay with a good shower

We could hear other people in the hotel. As it was not busy it would have been nice to have had a quieter room away from others. As we were travelling we needed a good nights sleep.

Stayed here for 3 nights to go to a wedding.so there were 4 adults sharing a family room.Lovely large room with breakfast included at such a good price. Hot shower. Balcony. Staff were helpful in ordering us taxis and were very friendly. Good location with plenty of places to eat nearby

no lounge in property (after check out you can’t stay) there isn’t a kettle in bedroom, however staff did provide once asked there is no safe in bedroom so we had to carry our passport/money with us

Great location in the centre of Cassino. Very clean hotel and friendly staff. A simple but sufficient breakfast. We needed an iron and the hotel was able to provide one. Parking was just around the corner in a small private car park.

Nothing major, but no mirror in the bedroom.

The shower unit was dated and had poor functionality even though the bathroom was nicely fitted. The room was relatively quiet apart from church bells ringing at 5am for 10 mins with dog joining in.

This hotel has excellent location and very good rooms for a very reasonable price. It also has a very kind and helpful staff. The breakfast was very good this includes coffee, and the personnel, may be the owner herself, was very kind and helpful even if not speaking much English. Also, when i opened the window in the morning, I saw the Monastery of Montecassino at front of me, this is very objective, but the visit there was the main reason of my trip.,so I had a very nice morning!

The access. It may be my own mistake, but we found the access difficult. It was not clear that the reception is at first floor and I had to phone, fortunately I got an immediate answer. A more clear information would be appreciated. Leave a message!

We arrived late and they were happy to accommodate us. We were able to park out front for free during our stay. The breakfast was great and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was large and comfortable with a balcony and a nice view. They helped us find an open restaurant late at night. Everything was great!
