Staff we so helpful friendly and very welcoming. We loved the swimming pool and gardens absolutely outstanding and very very well looked after. Breakfast needs a little bit of work in terms of selection although throughout our stay we did start seeing great improvements. We would have liked a bar/restaurant onsite to purchase refreshments throughout the day although we were able to purchase drinks and snacks from the local supermarket and were allowed to take to our sun loungers. We had a kettle in our room with teabags however no coffee option we also found that the tray was not replenished daily including fresh cups and glasses - Would also be good to have a plastic glass option to use around the pool.

We stayed in the Mila suite at Villascozi. This charming suite was situated on the top floor with a gorgeous spacious terrace and hot tub that is surrounded by the most beautiful plants and flowers and breathtaking panoramic view of the tuscan hills. The room itself is spacious and bright full of charming antiques, french doors that lead out to the terrace and plenty of storage. Perfect tranquil setting to wake up in this room and have a view of the hills from my window while drinking my italian coffee. The area of Calci is stunning and remote. We hired e bikes and travelled to Pisa which took 35mins to cycle. If you are looking for a peaceful charming place to stay I would highly recommend Villascorzi.

The Villa Scorzi is definitely worth a stay...the grounds, the beautiful building, the very friendly staff (thank you Francesca for your suggestion on New Year's Eve dinner in the VillAmorosa! it was wonderful! And thank you to Freddy and your wife for taking care of us so well!)

I was a little disappointed at first, since the pictures on Booking.com were somewhat misleading: the room we stayed in was nice and clean, but nothing like the pictures of the other, ornate rooms. Perhaps things were toned down, since it is winter and there were not so many guests (we were alone the first night)? All in all, we enjoyed our stay, but I would suggest that one confirm which room you get to stay in, to avoid a misunderstanding.

Absolutely beautiful property with friendly staff. I don’t recall the servers name for the pool service but he was such a joy and spoke good English which was very helpful. He was singing as he brought out drinks and food which made the overall vibe wonderful. The gentlemen checking in was also very friendly and welcoming. He even let us borrow his iPhone charger as we forgot an adapter. Breakfast was also excellent and the servers were super friendly, the best cappuccino I have had in Italy thus far.

we had a beautifully decorated room with a view on the garden. The property itself is very beautiful with a big garden, pool and many trees and flowers. The hotel also gave us an excellent recommendation for a restaurant in the area it’s important to come by car. We did not see any public transport nearby.

Our stay itself was impeccable. We would have liked to receive some kind of information or little tour around the property and its history.

loved the villa, the gardens, and the decor; was idyllic.

breakfast could have had some fresh fruit; didn't like the fact that there was no real pool side service, couldn't get ice for our drinks; small things but would have made a difference. oh and definitely didn't like the fact that we had to carry our suitcases up and down the staircase to our room.

The entire property is beautiful. Rooms are nice and the staff were amazing. Breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommend it and the dinner at their other property. Best dining experience and food I’ve ever had.

I loved every aspect of this property. It was so nice I would have loved a tour and known more about it. my only advice would have been a tour during check in and knowing more and being able to see more.

Very beautiful location and villa, we highly enjoyed it. For families I would recommend booking the suite as they are connected between each other. All rooms also have AC installed. Furniture and decoration of the villa is superb. Would definitely come again.

In one of the suites we had there was no hot water, but as suites are connected the solution of the problem was not difficult :)

The villa and garden is gorgeous with mountains views. The swimming pool with statues around. The entrance to the villa is amazing. The King Suite room is romantic, with private elevator and balcony. Good breakfast. Near to Pisa and Lucca. The Locanda restaurant has excellent food and service.

The room, the gardens, the smell of orange trees. Beautiful drive in and convenient parking. Wonderful fresh breakfast and overall, impressive to stay in this magnificent villa. Recommend to stay at least a night so that one can enjoy the gardens and the pool. Not to forget the cat that strows around the gardens. Simply adorable.

The pool wasn't heated yet we enjoyed the garden.
