can't leave my phone charging in the room since room key card is needed for electricity very inflexible cancellation policies fortunately I was able to make it to the area, but my flight was originally cancelled which prompted me to contact the facility for possible refund There was zero refund chance, 200+$ would have been easily lost with no chance to rebook or partial refunds. I will be more careful to find more flexible accommodations in the future.

Loved everything about the hotel. We arrived to a room with a beautiful balcony with white flowy drapes. The hotel staff were all amazing. Kumari was so welcoming each morning for breakfast and it was nice and pleasant to start the day talking to her. Juliana was also so nice at the front desk, great customer service. Aravinda was very helpful as well. Jane was able to help us book a boat rental the last day with last minute notice and indeed it was memorable! I don't think we could've booked one otherwise. So thank you Hotel Bellagio for a wonderful stay. Couldn't have asked for more.

Everything was wonderful

The hotel was beautiful and very clean, the rooms were very well appointed and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Our room had a great partial view of the lake and overlooked the hills of Bellagio, I loved waking up there every morning. Breakfast was great, something I was always excited for. And eating on their breakfast terrace was such a luxury. The location was fantastic and central to everything in Bellagio, and I loved being able to walk everywhere. Most importantly the staff was AWESOME! They even called me the day before to make sure I knew how to get in as we were arriving late, and were very communicative through the whole process. I honestly thought it was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in for the value. Far exceeded my expectations!

The only thing I didn't like was that we were given one room key, and the room key needed to be in to power the electricity in the room. This meant if one of us left while the other was sleeping etc. there wouldn't be any lights or AC. Granted, we didn't ask for another key so that might've solved the issue!

The location was great, very close to the ferries, which took you to the other towns/villages around the Lake. The staff were awesome, Aravind and his wife Kumara not sure about the spelling, helped with the breakfast. They were very friendly, helpful and approachable as well as being professional. There was always a variety of foods for breakfast. Gabriella was also very pleasant. The rooms were very clean as was the rest of the hotel. Jayne, Julia, Georgia and I think Francesca who were on reception were always happy to help with information or printing train tickets for us.

The 38 steps you have to climb to get to the hotel. This is only when carrying your suitcases up and down.

Great hotel in the center of Bellagio. Couldn’t wish more. Breakfast was very good, and the room was even more spacious than on pictures. Definitely suggest to try their rooftop bar with tasty cocktails and unbelievable sunsets

No conditioner or shampoo in the bathroom, that was absolutely unexpected. So make sure to bring yours.

I loved the location, right near the ferry stop and close to anything in Bellagio. We loved the amenities available at the sister hotel, Hotel Du Lac, including a roof top apertif (overpriced but beautiful) and a massage at the spa (not overpriced from an American spa perspective). Fabulous value considering the location in Bellagio. Breakfast was great and such a nice amenity that it’s included.

Unfortunately, the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable that we slept really badly our whole stay. Also, not an issue for me, but worth while to note that the hotel is situated up a stairway.

The view was stunning, the location was convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly, they lent us a wine bottle opener in the evening when we asked. Breakfast had a good selection for the price. The bed was comfortable.

The TV in the room was old, would have nice to be able to stream from a phone. Shampoo in the shower would have been nice. A sofa or a comfy chair in the room would have been nice. Perhaps a map with suggestions on what to do in the room or at the reception would have been nice too.

First the hotel was an enormously responsive prior to our visit, and I had more than my unfair if questions. After the healthy walk-up they warn you about to the entrance things get better and better inside. Very friendly, helpful, and informative staff. First room for two nights had a partial lake view and was a nice size, and cozy balcony. But the room we had booked for the 3rd night was a winner with a tremendous lake view, no balcony sadly but a very cool electronic picture window which could be controlled from the bed. In retrospect we would have kept the balcony over the better view as the window had no screen and bugs kept flying in so we had to keep it shut. Breakfast room was very nice, servers very helpful, and a cool egg boiler (never saw that before). Location is the key to this property with a tremendous central spot to the ferry, restaurants, sights, and shopping, We HIGHLY recommend staying here and would stay here again and again.

Tough to find too many flaws here outside of what I mentioned earlier about the bugs from the open windows. If you can snag a balcony, albeit very small it was nice to sit outside and have drinks at night and coffee in the am.

Great location. you have to climb stairs to reach the hotel but that's exactly what makes Bellagio unique and stairs are pretty easy to walk. Everything was great. Definitely worth of price. This 2 star hotel is much better than a lot of 4* hotels in Italy. Thank you.

Wi-Fi is poor, doesn't work well and even mobile internet works poorly in this area, but it's not hotel's fault, because signal is mostly weak everywhere in Bellagio. Anyway we had great time without internet, just i drop this information here to warn people who is going to work with laptop, it would be a bit complicated.

Convenient location to explore Lake Como, especially by ferry boat. Staff was very nice and provided us with a fan and corkscrew when we asked. Bellagio is a tourist town, and that offers pluses and minuses. Plenty to do. Was especially impressed with the hotel breakfast staff; very professional (loved the cappuccino).

Hotel needs to do a better job explaining what to do when arrive by private automobile. They should send detailed maps because it's very hard to know where to temporarily park your vehicle to check in, etc. This part of the trip was not a pleasant experience.
